Leider zwei Nächte ohne guten Schlaf

Gut gelegen und gute Parkmöglichkeiten

Cons:

Uns wurden unsere Pfandflaschen von der Reinigungskraft gestohlen die standen auf dem Schreibtisch und waren nicht im Müll.
Sehr laut auf dem Flur die anderen Gäste haben ihre Türen geknallt und es ist sehr hellhörig im ganzen Hotel.
Nicht das Zimmer bekommen was auf booking.com beschrieben war.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Da wir aber erst gegen 23:30 Uhr eingecheckt haben und dann müde direkt schlafen gingen haben wir erst am nächsten Morgen das Dilemma gesehen.
Das eine Zimmer war sehr schmutzig. Im Bad noch Haare vom letzten Gast. Überall noch Staubflocken in den Ecken und unter dem Bett. Man wollte nicht barfuß laufen. Im anderen Zimmer waren ganz viele Bettwanzen auf der Matratze. Wurde aber erst am nächsten Morgen gesehen, nachdem die Kollegen überall blutig zerbissen war. Das ganze Bettlaken war blutverschmiert von den vielen Bissen. Sogar auf dem Kopfkissen und im Gesicht gebissen.

Nice place to stay if you are going to visit the US consulate or the Freie University Berlin
Pros:

It is not in the city center but reachable by U-Bahn. I went to Berlin to visit the US consulate, the location is convenient for this purpose. Self-check-in was convenient and fast. The room was comfortable.
