The hotel was very chic, and frontdesk staff generously provided extra bottled water when we requested for more. Rooms are well equipped with many charging ports by the desk and the bed.
Upon check-in, there was a mix up and the receptionist said the room did not come with breakfast. This happened to my travel companion as well who also made a similar booking through Booking.com. It took them a while to locate the correct details and to confirm that breakfast was, in fact, included.
Breakfast selection was limited. Not terrible but not great, your standard european hotel breakfast fare.
The room was generally clean, but there was a large cockroach one night in my bathroom. It disappeared eventually to what must have been a gap in the wall.
The room is decent and it’s fairly convenient (10-12 mins walk away from Milano center train station. However my room has a strange smell near the entrance, the water temperature is not stable and the wall is thin that I can hear noise from the hall way and outside of the building.
The breakfast crew is friendly and server Maria took a good care for me. She is nice and welcoming☺️ The food quality is 3 star out of 5. Deducted by the pastry ( some are super hard)
Great hotel, excellent location. A perfect base to explore Lombardy. The staff were very helpful especially Elisabetta on front desk, who assisted us with an early check in and helped us throughout our stay.

All the waiters and waitresses at breakfast are super helpful and friendly. Nadia went all the way to help my friend who is not feeling well to walk to the elevator . We are really grateful.

It’s perfect stay if you plan to take train from Milan. The hotel clean, in quiet area. Staffs are friendly and support. Elevator could be only accessed by room key, and it make the hotel very safe. Restaurant and cafes in few steps.

We spent 4 nights at this excellent hotel at the end of April. The location is excellent to see the sights of Milan. The subway is just around the corner and the train station is a 10 minute walk. The deck outside is a perfect place to spot for a drink before or after your sightseeing. The area has plenty of restaurants within blocks. We had a coffee and croissant mornings just around the corner. The room was very clean and well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Located close to central Milan train stn, surrounded by good restaurants and close main tourist destinations.

I’m so happy I get to come back here again next week. The service here from the moment I walked in to the breakfast staff, they have been so kind and helpful. Definitely add the breakfast package to your stay, I have a long list of allergies and they made sure I was safe and had plenty to eat. Special thank you to Francesco for being very attentive and making sure my water and espresso was always full.

Dobra lokalizacja, dobry punkt wypadowy do większości atrakcji. Wygodne łóżko, codzienne sprzątanie, dobre śniadania, ładne lobby.
Pokój był nieduży i słychać było rozmowy na korytarzu (na szczęście mieliśmy spokojnych sąsiadów).
Location was good - more in the business district but it was clean and lots of restaurants. The rooms were slightly tiny, but still nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was good and the staff was very nice - especially Nadia!

Beautifully appointed hotel. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was full of variety and the produce was fresh, flavoursome and plentiful.
We were unfortunately evacuated during the night and thanks to Frederico, he was able to manage a very stressful situation for the guests. In times like these it’s so important for guests to demonstrate compassion and respect for staff and one another. It was a difficult task for Frederico and the other staff to be able to solve the problem and at the same time, ultimately assure guests of their safety.
