Duo Milan is an amazing hotel in downtown Milan. It is located near the central station and is a 15 min taxi ride to the Duomo. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options including cheese meat and espresso. I want to give a big shout out to Francesco for noticing my insatiable appetite for cappuccino! Highly recommend staying here.
Paula, Adele and Francesca made my stay at the hotel feel special. I was a long term resident at the hotel and I had a great experience at breakfast everyday because of them. Grazie mille!

Didn’t eat breakfast. But the room was very clean, tidy. The staff were very nice even when I wanted to late the checkout that didn’t have a problem.

On a trip to Italy to see the soon-to-close Fra Angelico show in Florence, our non-stop from New York City on Emirates (great service, typically bad airline food) landed us in Milan, so we decided to stay a couple of days before taking a train to Florence. The location is great: not just near the train station, but near many restaurants while being in a quiet neighborhood. The room was fine with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom had a deep tub my wife enjoyed. Breakfasts were understandably meat centric, given we were in Northern Italy, but there were enough egg and cheese choices at the buffet. Not big on fruits, though, and all the stated gluten-free options consisted of plastic-wrapped Schär items: an unopened Croissant that had been heated in a microwave, turning it into a moist piece of rubber, white bread, crackers and muesli. When I opened the bread wrapper planning to toast it, the mold on the bread was bright green -- obviously low turnover. A server took another package back to the kitchen to toast it and I did get edible bread. The hotel bar and bartender were great, and my wife and I enjoyed cocktails, and I scotch, in the evening. We're so glad we came and left before the Winter Olympics (which we had no idea were about to happen in Milan!) and would definitely stay here again.
We stayed 3 nights here , good location, amazing breakfast, our servers were super nice especially Nadia and Aija.
