A very nice and modern hotel in good location.
Very good breakfast.
If you get an opportunity to eat breakfast and sit in Francesco’s section in the top left you will get a great experience. He’s very attentive and friendly. Just from one day in his section her remembered my coffee order. I also went 5 days without sitting in his section and when I sat in his section again he still remembered my order! The breakfast here is good as well. Better than most hotel breakfast buffets

I would like to highlight the wonderful service we received during breakfast at the hotel in Milan. Nádia and Paula were absolutely exceptional.
They greeted us during the morning with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. Their politeness, friendly attitude, and constant attention to detail made the experience truly special. They were always attentive to our needs, ensuring everything was perfect and that we felt welcomed and comfortable.
It’s rare to come across such a combination of efficiency and genuine hospitality. Nádia and Paola clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in every interaction.

Ms. Nadia did an excellent job serving us breakfast . The front desk attendant - a young lady, gave us great recommendations for dinner and even booked a ride for us late at night. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Milan.
