Excelente location, very modern and good service.

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Milan. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. A lovely place to stay, especially if you want to be close to the main attractions. Highly recommended!

I had stayed at this hotel before, so I chose it again for this trip. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and in a great location. The breakfast is varied and delicious. It is within walking distance of the train station, and you can easily reach many places, including the Duomo, by metro. There is also a supermarket nearby. The rooms are very clean. If I come to Milan again, I will definitely stay here again.✨

After an initial mix up over whether breakfast was included, we have concluded that we have discovered a gem of a hotel in Milan. The food offering at breakfast was exceptional and even the bar meals were of another class. Rooms were presented to the highest standards and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us.

Patrick at the Bar (and Alex) and later at breakfast were the best. Patrick always remembered what I drank and had my drink available whether it was a a drink or coffee.

Patrick always remembered my drink order at breakfast. Each waitress and waiter always were so kind and available. Francesca and Ahmed at the front desk were extremely helpful when I had to deliver lost items to a co worker and use a local company. I will stay at this hotel again if I get the opportunity.

Clean, best service and location

Our stay at the Duo Milano exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the level of personalized service was extraordinary. Francesca at the front desk greeted us warmly and made us feel like true guests of honor from check-in to check-out. All the front desk staff: Bardhi, Antonella, Adrian and I’m sure I’m missing a few.

That same warmth carried through to the hotel bistro, where Francisco and Patrick took wonderful care of us with attentive, genuine hospitality.

We did have a small hiccup with our original room, but the way the team handled it turned a minor inconvenience into a highlight of the trip. We were upgraded not once but twice, and what impressed us most was that as we moved through the hotel, staff members we hadn’t even spoken to directly stopped to apologize and check that everything had been resolved to our satisfaction. That kind of attentiveness and genuine care is rare.

Beyond the service, the hotel itself is stunning. The location is perfect, and the aesthetic throughout is gorgeous. There are countless beautiful spots for photos. It’s clearly become a local favorite too, with the bar and bistro buzzing with both guests and locals stopping by to eat and socialize.

This was truly a great experience, and we’ll be back sooner rather than later. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautifully designed hotel with genuinely warm, detail-oriented service. This stay was worth the money spent and beyond!

We only stayed 2 nights here at the end of our family trip and honestly it was such a good choice it was July in Milan and outside was unbearable we were sweating just walking around so coming back to a room with AC that actually worked was amazing that's not always the case in Italy so it really made a difference for us. Big thank you to Mattia at the front desk we got there early in the morning and he did everything he could to get us into our room asap super helpful, funny always polite and just really nice to deal with the whole time. Also there's a little photo booth that prints polaroids which our family loved cute idea and now we have something to take home from our short stay!

I would like to rate Francesg a five star for his amazing service and welcoming vibe.
The hotel felt like a five stars hotel not a four star hotel. We will definitely coming back and staying at this hotel.
