view is the best but the soft service need be improved
Pros:

view is the best in dalat，however，the facility is too old ，i found the pipe is leaking water and the wash water is sometimes hot sometimes cold ，bath feeling is too bad. especially，the breakfast is not the five star level.the staff are all good，attitude and service are both well.

Cons:

breakfast and book common sense ，should arrange guest room face to the river，i think guest pay for the view not the street.

Pros:

Phòng mới, vị trí rất tiện di chuyển trung tâm. Bộ phận lễ tân đón tiếp khách dễ thương, các anh phụ hành lý nhiệt tình.

Cons:

Mình hơi bất ngờ về bộ phận phục vụ tại nhà hàng, đối với tiêu chuẩn 5 sao thì không phù hợp để các bạn thể hiện thái độ không chuyên nghiệp như vậy. Take care khách không tốt, kể cả lúc ăn sáng và trà chiều ở 2 sảnh. Không rõ là trainee hay sao nhưng mình không đánh giá cao và rất ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm chung lúc lưu trú. Mong khách sạn cải thiện.

Gorgeous hotel with old time luxury charm
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful with lots of great photos vantage points. I love how the hotel retains its historic charms while still has the amenities of the modern day. The views from the windows are wonderful.

Cons:

We stayed in the older wing and there were no elevators, walking up to the third floor again and again can be tiring, especially when it’s late and you’re a bit drunk 😅.

Pros:

Nice hotel Near the night market.

Cons:

No bidet. No shower, there is a high bathtub which was difficult to get into.
No elevator. The first floor is 30 steps high.

Great stay, food not the best
Pros:

Hotel location is very central and convenient. The building, grounds, room deco and the Christmas decorations are all stunning.

Cons:

Food. For breakfast and afternoon tea, the variety and quality of the food Inc desserts are below par for a five star hotel.

Luxurious hotel is the heart of things in the Old Quarter!
Pros:

Great location and staff. Rooms were luxurious. Great coffee choices.

Cons:

Could use hair dryer that is NOT on wall as it is hard to continually press button to keep on while drying long hair. Could use magnifying makeup mirror.
