Pros:

Sự tiếp đón của toàn bộ nhân viên tạo cho tôi 1 cảm giác rất tuyệt: được chăm sóc, chào hỏi rất ân cần và nồng ấm.
Tiệc trà rất nhiều bánh ngon và trình bày đẹp.

Cons:

Cài vòi sen ở bồn tắm khó chỉnh. Do vòi được làm chất liệu đồng, khi chỉnh nước nóng dễ bị nóng ở tay cầm. Nếu khách sạn đánh dấu việc tăng nước nóng rõ hơn về phía nào thì sẽ dễ cho người lớn tuổi sử dụng, sẽ ko bị nóng tay nữa.

Cons:

I booked a luxury room in the main building, but since there was no elevator and I couldn't manage the stairs (which were numerous), I requested a different category room, which they offered me in the annex. When it came time to pay, I had to pay for the luxury room I didn't use, which I found very unacceptable from such a prestigious hotel.
