Radisson Hotel Chateau de Bangkok

This hotel was elegant, with spacious rooms, but the furniture could use an upgrade. Very nice bathroom, but water pressure in the shower was weak. Really nice rooftop pool with nice views. Nice gym too. Location is good, quiet, with a handful of malls and shopping centers around and 10 minute walk from closest BTS (skytrain) station.

Terrible fumes as it still under construction. Not honest in claims or in advising actual conditions, no restaurant, and toxic environment. Their rating of “10” is fake for sure.

Have some blood on bed sheet . Air condition was too strong but blanket not enough warm . Room is too old but outside of hotel looks great . Service are great , stuffs are great . The location is great too .

Location to Embassy, shopping, and restaurants. It is situated app. two blocks from the Ploen Chit stop on the sky train providing fast, convenient travel to other parts of the city.

Great customer service, friendly staff, large executive rooms with kitchen and dining room, nice steam room and sauna at facility.

Grand hotel that had seen better days - still spacious and elegant - good service - recommend to provide personal amenities - breakfast buffet took more than 30 minutes to have all food ready though

As great as the room was, the service was even better. My flight to Bangkok was severely delayed by a whole day but I had been in contact with Tham, the director of rooms, via WhatsApp. Not only did he make sure my reservation was o.k., he made sure the airport transport car was kept abreast of my arrival time. The dinning hall staff were nice & welcoming every morning and the breakfast buffet had a lot of options in American/European food as well as Thai dishes. The hotel is right across the street from a 7-11 inside an office building. While the hotel is in somewhat of a business district, it is minutes from plenty of things to do. The hotel even has its on tuktuk to take you to the closest BTS station. The rooftop pool has an excellent view of the city. The door and front desk staff are helpful day and night with taxis, grab cars and even deliveries. Although most people don't spend much time inside their rooms, the tv has plenty of channel options including a Fox movie channel that has better and more recent films than what you see on airline networks and Netflix. I was in the suite & it is as described--but bigger. It's like an apartment and while some of the kitchen appliances are dated, they all work. The maid service replaces your 2 bottles of water every time the room is cleaned. There are 2 walk in closets with ample shelves and space to hang clothes. And there are 2 bathrooms. Chateau de Bangkok was the perfect place to take care of business and see the sights.

The hotel is centrally located. Can easily walk to restaurants and the BTS train. The service is great and the staff is accommodating. The breakfast is good. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfy.

The hotel staffs are very helpful and the rooms are very spacious and clean. It’s very well equipped. Except maybe for the water temperature, no matter how you adjust it’s always too hot.

The hotel room is spacious. Location is ok. About 10 minustes walk to Ploen Chit BTS Station. Staff are nice and friendly.

But the room is torn and old.

Very practical large studio-type room with full kitchen, a super good bed and a large jaccuzzi bath. WIFI is very stable. AC cools well. The staff is wonderful: always providing full service with a smile. I like this hotel a lot.
