Muy bien ambientado muy buena decoración, cómoda la suite muy bien refrigerada. El restaurante excelente. Buen desayuno y trato amable y cordial de todo el personal

Bathroom was not working and they moved me to a different room with no coffee machine and with some weird smell. Since it was the second time and was only for sleeping I took it

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. el que tengan un Saona en el primer piso es excelente.

Cons:

El precio no es acorde a como te acomodan en la 2 torre, donde el aire acondicionado nunca logra su objetivo, no se logra manejar, es una pesima opcion para usar en verano. la atencion al llegar fue de mala calidad y mal informada, pues luego cobrar una tarrifa de parking que nunca dijeron que cobrarian, realmente. CREO es el unico NH donde NO volveria.

Pros:

Desayuno excelente. Camas muy cómodas. Muy buena ubicación. Aparcamiento fácil en los alrededores. Cerca de la Castellana y del transporte público

Cons:

Que haya que cambiar de edificio para acceder a la zona de desayuno aunque lo cierto es que los edificios están uno al lado del otro y el desplazamiento es mínimo
