Hallways were warm
Very clean lobby and the room was clean.
Asked ahead for extra pillows due to unable to sleep flat. Asked when I checked in and was told they didn’t put extra pillows due to the beds have 4 pillows on them. I reserved a king bed and was put in a room with 2 queen beds. The beds have 3 small pillows on each bed and to be honest, I didn’t want to go back to the front desk and wait to get the extra pillows that I requested. I also told them I needed the shuttle to the airport. My flight leaves at 9:00 AM so I would need to leave no later than 7:00 AM. When I checked in, she wrote it down. When I checked out at 6:30 AM I reminded the gentleman at the front desk that I’m waiting for the shuttle. The shuttle showed up at 7:20 AM and the shuttle still had to pick up someone at a different hotel. When we arrived at that hotel, the person wasn’t down there so we started to leave. The shuttle had to turn around and go back to pick up the person. Very disappointed with the lack of communication between the hotel staff.
