We had a great stay and will choose to stay again next tournament season
Pros:

We utilized the pool and common area a lot because we were in town for a baseball tournament. It was very comfortable and the staff was so helpful and nice.

Cons:

Pillows were a little too firm

That they told us that elevators was broke and we had to walk up to the third floor with luggage and that they were going to help us but they only helped us with going up but we had to leave early in the morning and there was no one to help us get the luggage down for a flight I have a bad knee and my sister has a bad foot and I booked the accessible room but it wasn't available so the only thing available was something on the third floor

Short sentence is we were not allowed to stay unless we had one of three credit cards and they did not take Visa or Mast
Pros:

They would NOT LET US STAY! They refused to take any credit cards whatsoever unless it were a Discover or American Express or one other one. So therefore no one was able to stay and he said that there would be no charge. But this is after we had a confirmation with using a visa, but they still wouldn’t let us use Visa or Mastercard to pay and that’s all I have.

Pros:

Ideal hotel for the airport if you have an early/late flight, other than that I wouldn't recommend as its outside Knoxville town so Uber/car is needed.

Great Place
Pros:

Easy access to where I needed to go. Easy to find on road. Staff was very nice, courteous and helpful.

Cons:

No exhaust in bathroom (not hotel issue). I've noticed in other hotels is the same.
