The sink was clogged in 218, the room smelt like mold, the room wouldn’t stay warm, and the ac/heat unit was sweating so much that it made the floor/carpet wet and it smelt bad! Also, there’s no exhaust vent in the bathrooms!

La ubicación está frente al aeropuerto también enfrente hay un Starbucks y restaurantes para ir caminando por la zona.

Cons:

El desayuno es lo mismo todos los días. Deberían de variar un poco, porque yo que fui por 5 noches me aburrí del desayuno.

Great clean & very accommodating to your needs
Pros:

I liked the breakfast hours however only meat option was pork. No Alternative. Breakfast hot food bar was always kept full. Staff stayed on top of everything. However I noticed the guess mess was not always cleaned up. Had spilled coffee & stuff on counter. Not enough counter space while fixing food. Also trying to leave from the motel on to Alcoa hwy was night mare. Cheaper rates would of been huge plus

Cons:

COLD POOL!! We bring the kids to swim in an indoor pool once a year for a birthday present. We chose this hotel this year and the pool was freezing the entire time until the day we checked out. We were told they had no control over it. Everything else was good.
