Nice location for a short stay

Pros:

My only problem was the elevator didn't work and I was on the 2nd floor and I have bad knees and a bad back. Walking up and down stairs with luggage wasnt ideal for my condition. Other than that is was good.

Overall it was good because cleanliness and comfort of bed
Pros:

Clean, nice staff, price was competitive

Cons:

Room service didnt refill coffee station. Room was too warm even with air condition on. Doors from other rooms were very loud. Was awakened several time by loud doors. Breakfast needs a little work. Elevator broken so I couldn't get up to the Ice maker

The staff at checking in was great. The checking in staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

I didn't have breakfast because they closed the kitchen 30 minutes early and the staff at checkout was rude and unapologetic. He treated me very unpleasant.

Pros:

The cleanliness of the room and hotel. The staff was very polite and courteous.

Cons:

The elevator was down the night we were there. Luckily we just had 1 flight of stairs to climb.

Cons:

The air would not turn on in the night, so it was very hot. Both of my kids skin started itching once we arrived in the room. There were black hairs all over the bed. No one in our family has dark hair. The bathroom fixtures were in very bas shape as well as the shower curtain. Overall, poorly maintained.

I would stay again for sure.
Pros:

I liked how the facility was exceptionally clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the lobby was decorated to make it feel like home and the room was top notch clean. The parking lot was also clean.

Cons:

The only three things I didn't like was the quality of the pillows. Next time I will bring my own. They were smaller than normal, which isn't bad, but they were too thin. The king bed was not comfortable. Maybe the mattress should be flipped. I suppose for safety, the water temperature was locked at mildly warm. There was no button to flip it to hot. Not bad, but was looking forward to a hot shower.
