Excellent view from window! Clean room and comfortable bed. Exceptional service from staff! Beautiful experience!

Cons:

The elevator was not working. Had to use stairway at age of 73 years old! That wasn’t pleasant, but it didn’t hurt me, just very uneasy doing that mobility from the 3 rd floor. Otherwise, very enjoyable stay! Very enjoyable stay

Really appreciate the nice rooms , clean hotel, friendly staff.
Pros:

Shuttle from airport , Super convenient service . Had an issue with my booking . They were super helpful and patient while I sorted out my booking issue . Would book again .

Cons:

Elevator was unfortunately down. I was on the third floor which is fine . Just like the convenience.

Convenient to Maryville and Alcoa. I had several doctors appointments and we did lots of shopping and restaurants. Very

Beautiful well taken care of and extremely clean and smelled very nice. Excellent variety of breakfast and very good. The room is very spacious smelled nice and very clean. Ruby Tuesday was walking distance next-door, which was very nice.

Cons:

The pool was a little small, but was nice to have.

Cons:

Elevators did not work. They tried to put us at the bottom floor extremely noisy outside corner room bed mattress needed to be thrown away. You could fill the springs and there was a huge hole in the middle rust all over the bathroom definitely not cleaned very well furniture, old chipped pillows absolutely awful
