Pros:

Location was great, and the pool was nice.

Cons:

2 of the 4 day stay. We never received room service. We had to go and get fresh towels in the evening. Because the staff neglected the clean our room, 2 of the 4 days. The indoor restaurant is not a value. I would suggest skip it. Also, bed linen was never changed.
My advice is to wait for the unit to be remodeled and renovated to a higher standard

Will not go to this hotel again

Cons:

The room smelled really bad like mold and the bathroom had mold around the tub fixtures . Underkept not worth the price and the staff was not very helpful .

Pros:

The pool seemed nice.

Cons:

Reserved a King suite. I was assigned a queen pet friendly room. I asked for some type of credit because I was not going to stay in that room. Dogs were barking in the across mine.

TV was very small. We checked out and stayed somewhere else.

Terrible value and extremely outdated building.
Pros:

Nothing at all. The hot tub didn’t even work which was the main reason of going. To relax.

Cons:

The room was awful, trash was left in it. Hair under the cover. Dirty floors.

I dont like being taken advantage of . especially at a holiday inn. 140 a night is a really high.
Pros:

The fridge didn’t work and my food went bad. I was not told to check out at 11. none of the information on the key card said when check out was daily. I paid for two days and was interrupted by family and was pick up a day early. it was 1146 when I call to announce whin I would like to check out. and the front desk said I was already an hour past the check-out time. I said no Its only been 45 min I would like my second day refunded. He said no. I became angry.
