Pros:

We enjoyed the location. It was 15 min from the beach. Nice hotel.

Cons:

It was a bit humid in our room. But otherwise the room was alright. Maybe a little older but still nice.

I dont like being taken advantage of . especially at a holiday inn. 140 a night is a really high.
Pros:

The fridge didn’t work and my food went bad. I was not told to check out at 11. none of the information on the key card said when check out was daily. I paid for two days and was interrupted by family and was pick up a day early. it was 1146 when I call to announce whin I would like to check out. and the front desk said I was already an hour past the check-out time. I said no Its only been 45 min I would like my second day refunded. He said no. I became angry.

Worst hotel experience ever
Pros:

Good sized pool with a waterfall to look at

Cons:

1- toilet float was stuck
2- chain on toilet broke
3- light in bathroom repeatedly shut off
4- maintenance man didn’t speak English and when trying to explain to him that I had already fixed the toilet, but the light kept going off, he showed me the light switch like I didn’t know how to work a light switch. This went back and forth for 15 minutes trying to explain that I had fixed the toilet but I was tired of the light going off when I needed it. When he did that I started to lose it and my wife opened the door and told him it was time to leave. I speak a little Spanish and have over 20 employees that work for me who speak very broken English. The communication wasn’t the biggest issue. His clear disrespect and treating me like an idiot was.
5- rooms are extremely outdated, rusted door knobs, rusted sprinkler system, rusted door hinges.
6- I’ve travels a lot for work in my life and stayed in hundreds of hotels. This is the second hotel that I felt nasty and sticky walking around barefoot on carpet.
7- electrical chord(s) ran on the ceiling down the hallways
8- the pool is not heated as advertised.
9- not clean. I went to the pool and found pizza crust all around our area and had to pick it up just so we could sit down. Found a full cup of coffee in the elevator without a lid just sitting there.
10- wall outlets didn’t work
11- cabinet doors missing and drawers broken

I’ve never seen such a thing and I’ve been forced to stay in some sketchy hotel. But this is the first time I’ve taken the time to leave a review. Not to mention the crazy cost!

The rooms need updating! The 2 chairs were dirty and chipped! Rugs felt dirty and wet because it was VERY musy in our room! The exhaust vent in the bathroom did not work properly. Nowhere to plug your electronics in. Altogether, just "meh"

Wish we had stayed somewhere else
Pros:

Location. Restaurant is very good with good service.

Cons:

1. Water under the LVT flooring that must have come from the toilet — and LVT is warped and could cut bare feet. 2. Horrible bedside “stands” that are barely are attached to the wall. 3. Window constantly wet with moisture - blown seals. Bathroom very small - hard to use the toilet. Old and sagging mattress.

It will probably be better if the hotels take care of the smell and to update the bathroom and rooms
