Phenomenal service by the Valet team; the team was courteous, helpful and garnered my confidence and trust. Leadership does matter and the young man / gentleman that led the team was outstanding. Well done overall
Caleb at the Valet station was helpful and kind. Appreciate him.
Shane in Valet was great! Friendly and courteous.
Staff was great but hotel needs updating. Chipped tile in bathroom, worn furniture, doors that didn’t open or close properly. Just felt dingy. For the same price, I should’ve stayed at the Ambassador a couple of blocks down.
It is a very unique and beautiful building with a great location.
The cleanliness could have been better. The speakeasy was so sticky, my shoes stuck to the floor while walking. Terranonna was gross. Looked like the floor hadn't been swept in days, our table and napkins were dirty and it was 7am..
I liked the look of the hotel, very cute
When I checked in they gave me the wrong persons room. They called and let me know I didn’t have to move, however they gave the other person my room keys too and they walked in on me. It was resolved and the staff was very kind. That was just unfortunate.
Wonderful hotel conveniently located to Main Street and the Main Street Tram
Cool history. Beautiful building. Nice view.
Room wasn't ready for almost 2 hours after check in. They gave us a $50 credit, but I saw it wasn't actually applied to the bill and had to go back and request it.
Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Black out curtain made sleeping nice. Our room was a corner suite on the 19th floor. Love that water and coffee were always available in the lobby.
Very clean.
Enough space.
Great bedding.
Free breakfast
Matt was great and helped me out when I needed help. As I am disabled and he went above and beyond to help me.
Great location. Nice entryway.
Paid extra for a deluxe king bedroom. Received a smelly, hastily cleaned, and cramped room. When it was brought up I was lied to, then told none of those rooms were available. They have been booked up.
I had already paid for it
My room wasn’t ready by 6pm, staff was rude, room wasn’t clean, bathroom sink broke, valet lost my car by putting the wrong tags in cars, bed sat so low I hurt my foot on it, bed wasn’t comfortable and they claim it was a king but it wasn’t. I sent several messages and never heard back
