Can't wait to come back!
Pros:

The staff was friendly and gracious and we loved exploring the beautiful lobby and mezzanine. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We had a horrendous view of the tops and sides of buildings across the way. No view at all of your beautiful city.

Would definitely stay bere again!
Pros:

Love the character of this hotel!! Location is perfect—away from all the action but close enough to walk to all the action! Rooms are comfy but could use a little touch-up. Staff was great.

Cons:

Speakeasy was hopping but drinks weren’t that good.

Disappointing for what it claims to be.
Pros:

Good location right in the heart of downtown.

Cons:

For the price I paid the room wasn’t very good. It was a NY sized room at NY prices which shouldn’t be the case in KC. And it didn’t have a fridge which is a pretty standard thing to have in any hotel of that caliber.

Muy buen Hotel y volveria
Pros:

La habitacion es muy amplia y comoda. Muy buen proceso de check-in- out. Muy bien todo.

Cons:

Le falta al desayuno. El personal deberia estar mas atento. Faltante azucar en las mesas. Falta atencion en detalles importantes para el desayuno. Se quedan sin cafe, no hay tazas, pedis cafe con leche se olvidan la leche. No habia tostadas. Deben hacer un upgrade con el servicio del desayuno que no esta a la altura del Hotel.
