Overall we had a very good experience.
Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with a large bedroom, a big entrance area, a spacious wardrobe, and a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked very well and cooled the apartment quickly.
Unfortunately, there was one unpleasant issue at the beginning. We were initially given an apartment facing the road, and we noticed several small cockroaches in the bathroom. Of course, this was unacceptable for us, so we contacted reception. The staff were very polite and immediately changed our apartment without any arguments or complications. This situation was definitely a negative point and affected our overall impression, especially because everything else about the hotel had been excellent.
The second apartment, facing the courtyard, was completely fine. We did not see any insects there, everything was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities, including slippers.
Breakfast is served across the street at the Gast House café. The breakfast itself is quite small, and in our opinion one portion is not really enough. The biggest issue, however, is the waiting time. On one occasion, we arrived at around 8:00 a.m. and were the first guests, but our English breakfast and pancakes took about 40 minutes to arrive. We believe the breakfast service could definitely be improved and made much faster.
Apart from these points, everything was excellent. One of the biggest advantages for us is the location right in the city centre and the availability of underground parking.. This makes the hotel extremely convenient, especially when travelling by car.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, would recommend Familion Apart Hotel, and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality and especially for handling our room change so quickly and professionally.

When it comes to spaciousness, our room was huge, there was even a built-in closet. The king bed was also a larger one.
It is somehow difficult to find parking on the street, but fortunately there is a garage parking.
Staff at the reception is probably afraid of guests as they kept hiding in the dark behind the reception counter. Russian is generally preferred, they speak very little English. Do not expect a "good morning" or "hello".
The cleaner was a nice lady and our room was almost spotless, BUT we were frequently visited by cocroaches.
The facade was under reconstruction with the works starting early every morning waking us up. The workers played loud techno music and shouted at each other. As you can imagine, the windows are not noise-proof enough to insulate noise from the outside.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant opposite the hotel. You are allowed to have one small dish and one drink. Everything extra is paid. Portions are super small, e.g. English breakfast consists of 1 small sausage, 1 mushroom, 1 cherry tomato and 2 XS eggs. The waiting time is between 30 and 60 minutes, even if the restaurant is empty. One day we left without eating because nobody paid attention to us for 30 minutes.
This is definitely not what a 4-star hotel should look and feel like.

Location is good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Walkable area near city center. A Minimarket is nearby.

Micul dejun "a la carte" era gustos, dar nu te saturi..si ai de ales intre cateva optiuni, nu cum arata prezentat in poze. In plus mai stai si ~30 minute pana e gata..
A very nice, clean and comfortable hotel just minutes walk from the Central Market and the other main sights of Chisinau. A great varity of options to choose for breakfest.
