Pros:

Posizione nel verde, splendida vista sul lago, veramente un posto rilassante, camerieri gentili, personale di staff adeguato, ottima colazione Americana.

Cons:

Collegata male, per andare a Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor o Detroit è quasi d’obbligo prendere taxi se non si ha una macchina a disposizione. Costi non chiari ed è un continuo caricare costi in più, ma questo è tipico degli USA (prezzi non comprensivi di tasse, gratuity e tips per il personale di servizio).

Great Hotel near Ann Arbor
Pros:

Great location for business. 15 minutes from Ann Arbor and 20 minutes from Detroit and Metro Airport. Golf course is good and we played a round at the end of our business week of global leadership meetings. Food and bar service excellent especially the Sunday Brunch. Nick and Dan behind the bar give great service and chat.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the lake and golf course. We took an uber into town to venture out. It was a quick ride 10 minutes or so. Food was good at the bar, so were the drinks!

Cons:

Had to get an uber to and from the airport. There isn’t a shuttle and it seemed far from anything, surrounded by trees.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Close to freeway and good location. Clean rooms with toiletries provided. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Buffet breakfast had lots of options

Cons:

Had to pay for parking per night and buffet breakfast was a bit expensive unless you ate your $25 worth

$30/ Day to Park!!!!! WHAT? No other local hotel charges this! Sneaky & Shady!
Pros:

DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO PAY AN EXTRA $30/ NIGHT. This hotel falsely advertises a lower rate and the second you book, they send this ridiculous letter saying "Welcome, you are going to pay $30 per day to park." Sneaky bad business practice. Slimy as can be!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax right away. The staff were professional and courteous throughout my visit, always ready to help with any questions.
The breakfast was decent, with a fair selection, though it felt a bit overpriced for what was offered. That said, the highlight of my stay was definitely the spectacular view of the lake—it truly made the experience memorable and worth it.
Overall, a good stay with a few small areas for improvement.

Cons:

One of the main issues was the location. The property is listed as being about 18 km from the Ann Arbor train station, suggesting a 10–12 minute drive, but in reality it’s much farther in terms of travel time—it took over 30 minutes to get into Ann Arbor, which is where we had planned to spend most of our time.
Another downside was the parking. The website stated that parking was free, but we were charged $30 per day, which was unexpected and disappointing.

Great Staff
Pros:

I've stayed here several times for business trips. The staff is amazing! Anna and Donielle at the front dest were very professional and took care of all my extra needs. The bartenders Matt, Nick, and Gabby were super friendly and their service was top notch. The rooms are always very clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cons:

Charged us again for the room even though it was already paid for by 3rd party app Booking.com. Still trying to get refunded. No mention that there is also another $30 a night parking fee. You have to use your cards for everything in the hotel including the elevators. Someone on our floor set off the fire alarm in the early early morning and had to evacuate (we were on the 8th floor and had to use stairs). Get out of the stairwell to find everyone down below carrying on with their day as if there was no alarm that ever happened. No direction from staff.
