Overall nice hotel and good
Pros:

Rishi accommodated us earlier than our check-in which was much needed since we drove over night from NY. The hotel looks new, neat and clean.

Cons:

The city doesn't have much to offer. Need to drive to nearby places like Ocean city.

Dirty, when we arrived around 5:30pm the lobby was locked and the sign saying to call was missing the last number of the phone number. The room smelled weird.the property was under construction and there were random people just milling around.

The front desk staff was friendly.

Cons:

While the room LOOKED clean, the bottom of my bare feet were dark brown after walking on the floor for 20 minutes. It was gross. I made sure myself and my child wore shoes whenever our feet touched the floor. I checked the sheets and they seemed clean and did not smell. I parked in a spot that had no special designation. Later that evening, I received a phone call saying I had parked in a handicapped spot. I had not. It was NOT MARKED. I was made to move my vehicle. Later I realized, it was not a handicap spot, but the special parking space one of the employees preferred to park in. There were also questionable people hanging around. A perfect stranger tried to 'help' me take my luggage to my room. We had planned on staying 2 nights. We checked out the next morning because I could find no where else to stay local.

Easily accessible

Cons:

The smell was ATROCIOUS. It smelled of cat pee, cigarette smoke and feces leading up to the room and the room itself smelled like stale cigarette. The sink was dirty and the white sheets were stained some. And the pillows are horrible, like worse than thin hotel pillows.

Nothing…. I have used booking many many times and this was the worst experience I have ever had… There was not one thing I liked about the facility… It is in desperate need of proper repairs… Most of the makeshift repairs I could’ve done myself and I’m not a professional contractor… The facility was a disgrace

Cons:

There was literally a gaping hole at the front door… The door was not flush with the framing, so bugs were allowed to flow into the room constantly… The area is already very very buggy and for them to have such shotty work is a disgrace… When I first walked in the room, there was a pile of dead bugs on the windowsill… I should’ve checked out immediately… I literally spent an entire evening killing bugs… It was disgusting

Not worth the money I spent and I Wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Close to my daughters university

Cons:

1. Roaches in my room and on the bed.
2. Rusty water coming from rusty pipes and shower head.
3. Mold (light) inside the refrigerator.
4.No rug or mat to wipe feet on before entering the room.
5. Sheets dirty, comforter had cigarette burn holes in it.
6. Tub and toilet stained with brown rust.
7. Holes either punched or kicked into the bathroom door.
8. The smell of the chicken farm was absolutely awful.
9. The door has evidence that someone has broken in before with the many holes for locks seen on the door frame.

Not impressed
Pros:

Location was perfect

Cons:

Think maybe people were living there. Loud music was being played. People smoking weed. Would not have wanted children in that environment. But there was a confusing situation with reservation i did something wrong. Staff was VERY kind and helpful. Room was ok you get what you pay for.
