Not great for the price.
Pros:

Room was comfy and location was great.

Cons:

Room was smelly, like smoke or mouldy. We had to speak to reception and they changed our room but then we were on a lower level and looking over the roof.

Amazing hotel with amazing beds and awesome food.
Pros:

Beautiful rooms and hotel, amazing beds.

Cons:

The pool is great but more ventilation would be nice as very strong chlorine. An outdoor pool in sunshine would be nice.
Foyer security were at times rude when kicking people out without asking us if we were even guests.
At times the masses on non hotel guests should have been removed earlier rather than loitering waiting to chase F1 drivers which was awful to see.

Hopeless non existent WiFi at Crown.
Pros:

WiFi is today critical for any business person. The WiFi at Crown is non existent. Furthermore getting onto a hotspot on phone is also impossible.
I will not be able to stay at Crown again as WiFi is too important to me.
The room was clean and tidy and staff do a good job.
Sad to think that a basic thing such as WiFi is letting them down.

Great location with plenty to do and see.
Pros:

Excellent location, very grand hotel. The attached entertainment precinct is huge with plenty of dining and entertainment options for the whole family. It rained quite heavily in the afternoon and it was great to not have to go outside.

Cons:

The shower smelt a bit musty and the toilet paper was super thin which was surprising for a hotel of this calibre. Also at one point someone in an adjoining room kept opening and closing their door and it was slamming shut which was quite loud in our room. Thankfully it wasn't in the middle of the night but being in a casino hotel this could be an issue. Other hotels at this level seem to have better soundproofing for that.
