Comfortable but wouldn’t return.
Pros:

Excellent shower and nice view of the river. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Issues with service, housekeeping didn’t clean my room and there was no reason as to why. It seemed either understaffed or not well trained.
Also the food was underwhelming, thought it would be better.

Chic City Staycation.
Pros:

We loved the grand bathroom with marble and chandeliers, plus the walk-in robe. The twin queen beds were fabulous, as was the natural fabric walk accents. Very stylish and subtle.

Cons:

Didn't enjoy the earlier than stated housekeeping- perhaps wait until after checkout time.

Exceptional place, will definitely stay again
Pros:

Location, variety of restaurants, rooms were great, staff so friendly and welcoming, valet parking , smooth check in and check out. Loved everything about it.
