Nice 1 night stay, would return!

Luxurious Accomodation and Beautiful presentation. Staff were very attentive and accomodating

Cons:

The room was VERY warm and was unable to be called. This made sleeping difficult despite the comfortable bed. Requested high floor and was placed on Level 4.

It was a lovely stay an wish I had another night booked.
Pros:

Bedding was comfortable & linen was nice.
Bathroom was nice.
Pool & gym area great
Toiletries appeared to be of decent quality & in pump option in the shower which is better.

Cons:

Checkin was a debacle, busy night. Your guys handling the cars were not organised or working together. A couple of them were trying their best, but it did not operate like an organised operation. You’re really only set up for valet. Alternative parking is too far away.

The lighting in your bathroom is sub standard & clearly a woman was not consulted. It was really difficult to do make up. Too dark.
