Our experience is always magical. We love the venue, the staff and the convenience of this hotel.

As a family we always choose Crown Towers as our choice of treat. We love the facilities and the convenience of this hotel and the experience is usually always amazing.
We love that everytime we have been guests, that we are treated like it's our first time and each time is special.
House keeping are fantastic and are always happy to accommodate our needs.
We have decided that as a family we will celebrate all milestones here, because it's a wonderful venue that meets the needs of all.
Staff are amazing, and we never have any issue dealing with any little hiccups along the way.
Thank you Crown Towers, another great experience and fantastic stay.

Cons:

We had an issue with the house keeping button not working in our room, which caused our room not to be serviced until 8pm. When we called about this we were told that they have until 10pm to complete this service. This seemed a little odd considering this would disrupt most people's sleep times. We got this sorted in the end. A technician was bought to the room to check out the issue and it appeared as though the buttom was faulty. We also had an in room laptop that was not charging or working at all. This issue when bought to staffs attention was also quickly resolved.
One other little critique is that we had 4 adults in our suite, but we're only ever left 2 sometimes 3 bottles of water.

Was exactly what we came for, to relax and spend time together!

Generally like the hotel as it's in good location and have a lot of options for food.
Pros:

the hotel is in good location with good facilities.. the luggage delivery person was excellent so luggages were delivered quick.

Cons:

The front door velet park service was not good at all. No welcome greeting and in time to service you.
The room clean was terrible and one room was not cleaned till after 7:00 pm.

Loved everything about this hotel, can’t wait to return.
Pros:

The property is in the perfect spot, walking distance to most things, a tram stop directly out front that can take you to the Queen Victoria Markets, restaurants, cinemas inside the complex without the need to go outside if need be. A gorgeous pool, including sauna, and the ambience is superb. The staff were all so lovely.

Cons:

Small issue but for a grand hotel the tv is so small for the room size and is terrible picture quality.

The Crown Towers were amazing, 25th floor views are stunning!! Pool, gym and spa facilities amazing and the conservatory for dining was great too.....so many kids around though.

Cons:

I didnt like the fact I didnt get a chamce to get into the casino and have a gamble hahaha I was too busy!
