Pros:

Rooms are very comfortable and we love attending all the restraints crown has to offer

Cons:

not an issue however i did note that the crown spa area (spa and steam room) had significant amount of tiles missing. Experience was still quality as always tho.

Wonderful staff, comfortable rooms but aircon far too hot during the night.
Pros:

The room was large and the bed very comfortable. We were celebrating my friend's birthday at Rockpool, so staying at Crown Towers was perfect.

Cons:

The temperature in the room was far too hot. I was not able to turn the thermostat down and at 3.00am was so hot that I turned the aircon off.
