The Room
The primary issue was the standard of the room. When booking a five-star property, there is a specific expectation regarding the finish, maintenance, and overall "wow" factor. In this instance, the room felt like it was falling short of that elite benchmark. Service & Amenities

Luxurious, clean, comfortable and professional
Pros:

High-end, beautiful and luxurious. Rooms and bathrooms were fully equipped. The buffet breakfast was incredible, full of multiple options and flavours.
