Drug Smell in the Room and Front Desk Nightare
Pros:

Upon arrival at the hotel, it smelled like marijuana inside my room. I went to the front desk and they did not move me but rather sprayed something in the morning. I got worried that somebody at my home was sick. It was very critical. I asked for 30 minutes extra before I checked out and I was denied.
My son had had a stroke a couple months ago and he was having a nosebleed. That's what caused it before. No empathy. It was 1130. Most checkouts are noon. I even said that I would pay for an extra day for 15 minutes, but was treated so rude because they needed to clean the room because it might be sold out tonight. Stay away from this place at all cost. I've stayed over 200 nights here in the last 10 years it's my last.

Disappointing experience
Cons:

This hotel is not that clean. When we arrived the toilet seat was soiled (not with dust or dirt, but actual human waste). There were some questionable stains on on the sheets. The shower head was so calcified, it barely had any water sprinkling through. There was not a single egg in sight for breakfast - just some junk. On top of that, they charged me $75 for a small dog. I travel with my dog often and have never encountered such an ridiculous amount charged - it was almost close to what I paid for the entire room. I could justify it if the place was pristine, but not for the room where I had to wipe my toilet seat myself.

Bed was so comfy, great location

Cons:

No jacuzzi in pool area or any rooms with one. Sheets were stained, stink bug crawling on wall. Huge sticky spot when you first walk into the room. Phone didn't work in the room.

Clean but not comfortable. It's like cosmetics on an old face. Nice look but old mattresses and a worn out AC unit. Stinky rooms
Pros:

We switched rooms because of the odor. Staff was so great about it. Still it was so hot and only less smelly stay. Bed sagged in middle. No hot eggs at breakfast.
