Don’t expect them to have a room ready when you arrive.
Pros:

The room was nice enough, but despite “check out 11:00 and check in 3:00” we arrived at 3:45 and there were no rooms ready! Had to wait 1/2 hour . . . Then found out the following day that daily maid service was not provided (guest must request service).
