Was promised a credit yet to be seen. Inexpensive, room clean ok if you shut your eyes

room was clean. staff ws pleasant.

Cons:

TV didn't work. Took maintenance 3 1/2 hrs to come & repair. Worked fine rest of the evening. Next morning it was not working. Coffeemaker missing tray that you put coffee in to brew. Common area where stairs are needs attention, drywall peeling, tile cracked and dirty. Pool was green & missing tile

Pros:

The room was ok and comfortable. I liked that we could walk to Cracker Barrel.

Cons:

The hallways had lights that flickered, there was pee by the stairway and poop by the outside door. It just didn't seem clean.

The staff was great!!

The bathroom door was broken, the TV had to be unplugged to turn off. The pool was green!!. The whole thing need to be redone!!!

I won’t stay there again, but the size of the rooms were a good quality. That’s about it.
Pros:

The property left a lot of room for desire - the plants growing out back were cool though. The rooms are a good size too!

Cons:

It’s loud and people are yelling all night long, there was hair in the shower and dead bugs on the floor, the sink was not clean and I was honestly afraid to touch much in there.

It smelled like guests had been smoking inside.
Pros:

All of the staff who helped us were very nice and polite. The location was convenient to the places we were visiting in Hickory. Breakfast was a decent, with good biscuits and waffles.

Cons:

The building we stayed in had an exceptionally strong smell in the hallways and in the room we stayed in. The hallways smelled strongly of cannabis and air freshener, while our room smelled overwhelmingly like cigarettes. At least the linens were clean and did not smell like the room/building.

We ended up having to leave since no other rooms were available and we had to find another hotel to stay at.

The whole staff has been so friendly and nice this whole time.

The only upset I have is when we first arrived the pool was down , but it was fixed and back up and running in few days.
