Pros:

Very central location, not too far from a subway stop

Cons:

The property was quite dated, which is fine but it was also unclean. We booked last minute due to a cancelled flight. The room we stayed in felt like it hadn’t been stayed in/ cleaned for years. There were crumbs on the floor, hairs and other stains in the showers. The towels, bedding and whole room didn’t smell clean at all. The tv was very old as was the ac unit which didn’t do a great job at cooling the room down and was so loud that we couldn’t keep it on at night. The windows couldn’t be opened either so we couldn’t get fresh air.

Housekeeping isn’t automatic and must be requested the day before. Due to our late check in, this wasn’t possible for us so we had to put up with the uncleanliness.
As it was a last minute booking, we paid just over £2000 for 2 nights, which is extortionate, but I gather that it is cheaper when booking in advance.
To top it all off, we had to pay 12 dollars to store 4 small bags for 1 hour after check out!

If you don’t mind staying somewhere that is basic and unhygienic then this could work but if not, there are much better hotels out there for a similar price that would allow a much more comfortable stay

Muy buena ubicación, habitación con todo lo justo y necesario, con aire acondicionado y espacio de almacenamiento, nevera, camas cómodas, personal amable

Cons:

Aunque tienen un precio muy competitivo para ser Nueva York, y la zona es buenísima, el hotel es bastante simple y huele un poco raro

Très tres bon emplacement, personnel très amical et à l'écoute. Nous pourrons y séjourner à nouveau.
Pros:

Pas de petit déjeuner mais une salle en accès libre pour déjeuner, diner avec des équipements de cuisine et du thé + eau chaude à disposition.
Nous avons eu droit à une chambre avec des lits plus grands que prévu.
Le personne est fort sympathique et à l'écoute.
Tres bon emplacement de l'hôtel, très central, le 1er métro est à 6mn de marche.

Cons:

Cela serait bien de rafraichir la peinture et d"actualiser la décoration

Pros:

The only thing I liked about my stay was the location. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay. I stayed for 3 nights with my son, and our room was not cleaned at all during the entire stay.

The room was also very small, and the TV and furniture were old and outdated.

Considering that I paid $735 for three nights, I found the stay far too expensive for the quality and condition of the room. Overall, I expected a much better standard for this price.
