It was a terrible place I would not stay at even if you paid me.
Pros:

Nothing really to like.

Cons:

It was dirty, toilet leaking on floor, carpets were coming up in hallways, room smelled like mildew, manager would not refund our money.

The hotel made a very bad first impression on me. Even the glass on the entrance door was dirty. At the reception desk, I was greeted by a man who looked like he desperately needed to take a shower. The floor was dirty, and the room number sign on the door was broken. When I tried to buy water from the dusty vending machine, I discovered that it was out of order.
In the morning, I didn’t dare to eat breakfast because everything looked dirty and dusty.

Disappointing Hotel Stay

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell when I arrived, which made the stay uncomfortable. The air conditioning was also not working , making the room even less comfortable.

The breakfast was very basic and did not meet expectations for the price paid. Overall, the experience was below standard, and I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

Not happy with the place.

The room linens felt damp. Room lighting was dim. Not enough staff on duty. Asked for a copy of my bill and was told that it would be emailed. Nothing received as of yet. Breakfast was poor.

Never again. The place we normally stay was booked already.

Who was the guy checking us in? Although pre-pd and confirmed, we were told we had to stay on the 2nd floor, 1st fl not avail for 3 hours. NO ELEVATOR! Horrible walking up stairs. Water did not work in shower or sink. They fixed and came back to say there was a room on the 1st fl. So we moved. It was the 1st stay on our trip and we will never return. The guy that checked us in would not return any of our charges on our way out.

Extremely disappointing. Not much quality despite the name.
Pros:

Breakfast was unsatisfactory, There was no juice. Not much to eat. Went out for a real breakfast.

Cons:

First room way too noisy from ice machine, boiler room and chirping smoke alarm in corridor. Second room they offered was a handicap room. Much better but no cold water in sink or shower so it was impossible to use the shower without scalding yourself. Brushing teeth with hot water. Not great. They tried to fix it in the morning, but 5 minutes later there was no cold water again. This place does not live up to standards for any major chain.

Cons:

Theyvm didnt acknowledge my dog as a service dog and I had to pay a pet fee.
Im in a wheelchair... they wanted her documentation..which is illegal to ask for and I thought it was obvious I needed a service dog.

Terrible experience
Pros:

Room upon arrival was dirty, the price for the room and its value is way overpriced and there was no breakfast options to match the value of the hotels rooms price. I had better experiences at cheaper hotels than here. Staff needs to be trained with courtesy and engagement. Terrible time staying here, reconsider other places.
