A very nice Hotel. Great Staff and very helpful! 17 of us and staff took care that we were comfortable a could be. Location was great. Breakfast buffet selections were unique in the rooftop cafe, but food was fresh and good.
Air condition not working well in the heat wave, but staff gave us a fan that was helpful. No wash cloths to bathe with. Would have been helpful to be able to do Euro exchange through hotel. We couldn't find a bank to do this while there.

A truly wonderful hotel that is even better than many luxury hotels. First of all, the location is unbeatable! The Trevi Fountain is only a 4-minute walk away, the Pantheon is about 5 minutes away, the Spanish Steps can be reached in around 15 minutes at a leisurely pace, and the Colosseum is just a 15–20 minute walk. The hotel is right in the heart of everything you want to see in Rome.
Secondly, the rooms are very clean. We were given a room on the fourth floor, and it was incredibly quiet and peaceful with no street noise at all. The room even came with slippers, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent as well, with everything you need and plenty of delicious options.
And finally, the staff at this hotel are outstanding. The reception team was fantastic — they checked us in quickly, offered complimentary luggage storage since we arrived early, and made the check-out process fast and easy. They even called a taxi for us, and the driver came directly to pick us up. Since it was very hot outside, they kindly offered us water and invited us to wait for the taxi inside the hotel.
If I return to Rome, I will happily choose this hotel again!

- the bed was so hard and uncomfortable we couldn't sleep well
- the maze-like floor (up and down stairs after the elevator) was challenging for us
- the bar was very noisy in the evenings, earplugs were essential
Excellent location; good choice of rooms (we needed two connecting rooms for kids + adults). Housekeeping cleaned up every day. All listed amenities worked well, including the AC (especially during summer). The front desk is staffed 24/7, and helpful whenever you need them.
Location, clean rooms, great aircon.

Прекрасный номер, красивый, уютный. Хорошие кровати и подушки. Несмотря на центральное расположение в номере тихо. Терраса на крыше, где сервируют завтраки и можно днем и вечером выпить бокал вина с видом на крыши Рима безусловно добавляет очарования пребывания в отеле. Без сомнений остановимся здесь еще не раз!
