Okay but the drugs left in the room were not. Staff handled poorly.
Pros:

Locations convenient; close to turnpike, wawa is right across the street. Good water pressure.

Cons:

So the room overall was okay. However, went to use the ironing board to find a tin under the padding with 2 crack pipes and crack in the tin. When brought to staffs attention; They insinuated that we put it there and took no accountability for the fact that the room was not thoroughly cleaned and checked before letting another guest check in the room. Tried saying that since we booked a room 8 months ago and that they purposely put us in the same room, that it had to be ours. As a former house keeper, you are supposed to check everything. The most management would offer as compensation was extended check out. When i went to the 3rd party we booked the room through, they refused to give us a refund of any kind, continuing to take no responsibility. It took our agent fighting with management for an hour to even get a partial refund. Even the housekeepers thought joking “are you sure youre not smoking crack?” was a funny joke to make while they were in the room when we were showing them. Also on our last day there, while using the bathroom…had to kill a roach that was crawling on the floor. This place is not clean, management does not care about anything other than your money. Absolutely will never be booking here again.

Clean and safe, but that’s it.
Pros:

The hotel was convenient for what I needed. I came in from out of town for a barbecue in New Egypt. Options in that part of South Jersey can be minimal. You’re stuck with either a very high end hotel or an absolute slum. Town Inn was neither. Basic accommodation for a decent enough price. If all you need is a place to lay your head for the night, Town Inn is fine.

Cons:

The room was clean, but very worn. Bed sheets were clean, but obviously becoming threadbare from use. The water spigot in the shower was leaking and you could tell it had been for a long time. Again, everything was clean, but you could tell it was worn out.
