Perfect location to all amenities
Pros:

Location to transport and shops was perfect.
Room was spacious and had everything I needed.
Staff were lovely.

Cons:

The temperature in the room was like a sauna! The fan helped but a stronger one would have been better.

Cons:

Could have done with thinner pillow, but that's just preference, and probably if I asked for one, it would have been provided the only other thing but probably health and safety issue window could of been able to open more (heatwave stuffy)but all in all very good did sleep well thank you

It was okay and will not go again.
Pros:

Toilet was nice and clean but water in the sink didn’t go which was very slow

Cons:

The room was very hot and burning smoky smell. The heat was feels like you are in a kitchen.

Excellent value for money!
Pros:

Location is perfect for anyone wanting to stay in a central location for a good price. Bed was really comfy, too! The room and bathroom were clean, with fresh towels and bedding. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Not entirely the hotel's fault, as I booked a room without a window, but the room was very warm. Unfortunately, the AC wasn't very powerful, but the hotel provided two fans to help cool the room down.

Nothing about the place what so ever

Cons:

The outside of the building is a mess that needs badly revamped no breakfast available The staff had no knowledge of where to get breakfast the beds are from the 70s and the stairs as you're leaving the building was dangerous then outside the building it stinks of urine people sleeping on the ground outside your hotel always asking for money the staff members there was a Chinese lady very rude and she said early check in 10 pound extra the money spent on the room only base's was overkill at best for what we got unfortunately we not returning to the hotel again.
