not worth the money we paid for the hotel.
Pros:

only the location was good.

Cons:

room was not good. No services were offered by the hotel staff. No services done even we asked for it. Room was not having phone facility, toilet paper and coffee machine.

Great location , nice and clean and good price for a city centre hotel.

Cons:

The heat of the room, no air conditioning, it was like sleeping in a sauna.

Comfortable and affordable
Pros:

Close enough to centre for convenience. Nice comfortable bed.

Cons:

Paid for late check-out and maid still knocked on my door and asked me to leave the room at 10:40 so she could clean, telling me, “Check out 10am!” I explained I had late check-out until 12, but she said, “Ok, but check-out 10, I need to clean.” Not great when paying extra to relax.

Great location and value for money
Pros:

Location was a big thing for us and this is perfect near bus routes and tram and a short walk from Piccadilly station staff was great too our room wasn’t ready but straight away offered us an upgrade for just £10 so we could get straight in

It was adequate for one night’s stay
Pros:

It was centrally located and cost effective

Cons:

The room had to windows and the carpet had a mildewy smell
