Very clean room with new bathroom and beautiful view to canal behind St Marks Square.

Very central to St Marks Square etc and close to water taxi stations. Reception area, Bar & Breakfast good.
We booked a standard classic room with canal view (Room 1159).
Not really 4 star accommodation. The room was small
with basic furnishings and lack of storage space. The mattresses overhung the the base of the old bed and the pillows were poor quality. The TV was partially hidden by the curtains either side. The bathroom was ok but the shower cubicle was very small.

I have to rate this hotel a 10/10. We had just flown in from the States after nearly 24 hours with no sleep and arrived absolutely exhausted and drenched from a torrential downpour. When I asked about the possibility of an early check-in, the bellman immediately noticed our situation and kindly took it upon himself to double-check the available rooms. Thankfully, one was ready, and we were able to get some much-needed rest. The customer service was truly exceptional. On top of that, the room was surprisingly spacious for Italy, offered a beautiful view, and was perfectly located near everything we wanted to see. Highly recommend!

Right next to San Marco square and only a few minutes walk to the Rialto Bridge. It was a little noisy in the morning with the gondolas but that's to be expected.. it's Venice! The hotel bar served up delicious cocktails and the staff was extremely warm and friendly. I would stay here again!

Ron was very clean and bigger than expected. Employees helpful. Great location! Breakfast was well stocked.

It felt like it was a bait and switch. We were not in the main building but in another building across the street which was not part of the hotel.

We had LOUD construction on the Thursday afternoon in the units next to us which went on for several hours after we had checked in after a long flight. The construction continued to the Friday. When I raised it with the staff they did not offer to move us and just shrugged

The wifi was down all day Friday and when I raised it with the staff they again shrugged and said they had to call their net work support team. It was not corrected until Saturday.

One of the worst stay I have had in all of my trips to Europe over the last decade.

Property was in a good location so easy to reach places of interest and transport. Lovely warm welcome from reception who were helpful throughout
Breakfast was disappointing and area for food and drinks was small and crampt - literally one person with backpack on took up whole corner so you could get tea/coffee or cutlery
Bedroom and bathroom was very small and felt a little claustrophobic
Also didn’t like porter wiring around for tip for taking 1 case out of 3 in the lift with us.
Overall looks good from outside and location good but the rest is underwhelming

Great Location. The hotel is very nice. Great customer service. I didn’t know that they don’t have elevator, my bad bc I forgot to ask in advance. However, the guy who helps all the guest with the luggage was very very nice and helpful.

They are two mins walking to Plaza San Marco and to take water bus or privet bus to the airport, train station or the islands.

Would stay there again.

Definitely a must recommend spot in the heart of Rialto. Very convenient within walking distance from all the major tourist spots.

Nice clean hotel with modern amenities, very helpful staff. Decent selection for breakfast and nice bar with some seating on the canal. Room was good but a tad small, which was expected, but it was bright and very clean.

Comfortable stay and close to major tourists spot. One thing i think that the hotel could improve on is the use of a chafing dish to keep a few of their dishes like the eggs and bacon warm.
