Heel behulpzaam personeel. Kreeg een kamer upgrade, heel fijne kamer. Fijn dat honden zijn toegestaan.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen, direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Trotz nähe zum Hauptbahnhof, war es sehr ruhig und ich konnte super schlafen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar.

Pros:

La chambre était très fonctionnelle et convient parfaitement si l’on doit y passer une nuit avant de prendre un train tôt par exemple car la gare est juste à côté. Tout était propre et il ne manquait rien dans la chambre. Mention spéciale au personnel très serviable et accueillant.

Nettes Personal aber Ungeziefer/Bettwanzen im Zimmer
Pros:

Gut: freundliches Personal, auf den ersten Blick saubere Zimmer und insgesamt angenehme Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Schlecht: Es gab Bettwanzen in meinem Zimmer, ich hatte >15 Bisse und bin in der zweiten Nacht bereits um 4:30 Uhr durch Juckreiz aufgewacht. Sehen konnte ich nur ein Tier.
Darauf angesprochen, hat sich das Personal nachdrücklich entschuldigt, ein Frühstück ausgegeben und versprochen sich sofort um das Problem zu kümmern.
Wenngleich Ungeziefer im hotelzimmer nicht akzeptabel ist hatte ich auch gewisses Verständnis, dass so etwas nicht vollständig verhindert werden kann. Allerdings habe ich nun gesehen, dass es diesbezüglich immer wieder Beschwerden gab. Das ist natürlich nicht vertrauensbildend. Daher werde ich nicht wieder buchen.
