Me tomaron la reserva a último momento, sin problemas y la señora de la noche, me atendió muy amable.

Cons:

Había cucarachas, y las camas estaban muy viejas. Pedí agua caliente a la mañana y la mujer joven que estaba en la oficina no me lo quiso dar.

It had a bed and a shower and running water....so that's good.
Cons:

You would think for $100 a night, the rooms could be upgraded. The beds are comfy, but basically have a sheet as a cover. Not any readily available outlets....we're in 2026, everyone needs an outlet for a charger. Styrofoam cups are not good for the earth....so yeah, those shouldn't be used anymore. People are taller now than they were back in the 80s, so the shower head needs to be higher. I know it was only 2 floors...but you need an elevator, some people have a difficult time walking up and down stairs.

What breakfast bread and muffins

Cons:

The place needs shut down. A foren lady stole my money and kicked my family out in the rain and sleet for no reason my husband was outside smoking and she came started yelling and screaming then called the cops and had my family kicked out after my husband just paying for a week she stole $400.

Relaxing. Although working.
Pros:

Easy check in. Much appreciated. Desk was very helpful and attentive. I enjoyed the stay. It was a cold night, but the heat is my room was very good.

Pros:

This is my SECOND review. I need everyone to understand that front desk Julie needs to be fired. There are multiple other complaints here and on GOOGLE that name her. She is very rude. Other clerks Jazmin and Lidia very kind. Julie will scream at you and overcharge you. If you call and ask for a reciept she will tell you to get lost. Juli should not work in any hotel ever or with customers.

Pros:

I checked in with the rudest woman I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I asked the overnight woman what her name was and she said Julie. If it weren't for Julie, my stay would have been excellent. Lydia and Jasmin deserve a raise for how kind and caring they are. Please fire Julia.

Pros:

Very hard to find the right road. Suggest making signs for correct route bigger one you leave the interstate.
