Location is right off the highway, but easily accessible.
The room was clean and quiet. I felt safe there. The staff was great. Respectful and polite. If I needed anything, they filled my request .
The man across the hallway was coming in drunk at 11:30 pm. -1:30 am. for about 4 nights. Slamming the door and arguing with a female in the room a couple of times. Other than that, it was great.
Love the inner courtyard to walk my little dog. Staff always very kind and helpful. I always stay here when I’m traveling.

The rooms are very clean and up to date. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My friend who came to visit me had a heart issue while I was there, they let her keep her car there in an area that is in direct line of site of the camera so they can keep a better eye on it and not have it towed. Until we can get it moved a couple of days later. Not every place would do this. I appreciate it very much. Not many places have a heart like that. Any more. The breakfast was very good. It had a variety of restaurants close by. If you have a car shopping, it was close by.
It wasn't too close to public transportation or a convenience store.
The breakfast was great. The location was great. The front desk lady was super nice.
They put me in room 332 on the first night, it was so noisy I couldn't sleep. It was by the highway, so I could hear the traffic all night long. What worst was the air-conditioner was broken, so it was making a really loud noises all the times that prevented me from sleeping. That was the worst experience I had as I was paying for a comfortable night rest but I got none. The next morning, I had to request for a room change, and luckily the front desk receptionist was nice and allowed us to do so. Finally, I got a quiet room with an unbroken air-conditioner, and got my sleep. No one should be put in room 332.

The pool and Jacuzzi weren’t open for this season. And the hotel did not have a airport shuttle.
Very comfortable clean room with everything I needed. Perfect area for my service animals outside.
This was my third stay and had never been charged a $50 hold on my card. For some reason the front desk person decided to put a $50 hold on my card which I wasn't expecting and having just gone through cancer surgery with no insurance in Florida right now every time counts. This was two days ago and I still have not received my $50 back and it has caused me some stress. I don't understand after staying there twice and leaving the room pristine why he would charge me a $50 deposit when there was no reason to think I wouldn't do the same thing on this visit as I have always done I've left the room cleaner or as clean as I found it. Again this may has made things difficult for me and I don't understand why he felt he needed to do that. I it's policy but when someone stays and never does anything wrong maybe that person should be given a little more respect and Trust not all of a sudden be distrusted and charge the fee. And if you charge that fee it should be refunded right back as soon as possible especially when the room is left in pristine condition
