We are pet-friendly with limited pet rooms, and ONLY first floor has the availability for any kind of pets or service animals.

All our rooms are nonsmoking; we don't have any smoking rooms. We have smoke-free rooms. Also, cooking is not allowed in the rooms. We have a penalty of $400 for cooking and a $250 fine for smoking in the rooms. However, we have some designated smoking areas near the lobby for our guests' convenience.

We require a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in for incidentals or property damage. In case of property damage, smoking in the rooms, cooking, undeclared pets; the deposit will be forfeited.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. not very inviting
Pros:

location nice staff

Cons:

the room did not feel clean. The bathroom had a mat in the bath tub that was very slippery. The decor is not kept up, and the door needs a coat of paint. There was a cockroach on the tv stand that we needed to dispose of. The electricity went out in the area and this motel does not have a generator. It was very difficult getting packed back up by the light of our cell phones. Will not stay here again.

Keep driving to find a restful nights sleep!!!

The individuals working the front desk were friendly. That was it! Everything else was poor.

Cons:

I should have walked out shortly after arriving but it was late and I had been driving a distance. The front desk was messy and filled with all sorts of random items that looked cluttered. The facilities received a bad facelift! From the pictures online it appeared to be more presentable and updated than it really was. The bathroom was not clean. There was still urine and what apparent be mud (hopefully)at the base of the toilet and who knows was behind the door on the tile. There were stains on the sheets on both beds. They appeared to washed but made me feel uneasy sleeping on them. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and probably 20 plus years old. The chair in the room was new but had brown stains all over the fabric. The mattress was old and needed replaced. It forced two people to the center and didn’t provide much support. When I awoke to use the bathroom at 3:30 am the unit smelled of cigarette smoke; I assume someone was in the room next door smoking or outside the room. The coffee crafts look like they could have used a washing, as they had stains on them. I drove up the road to the next exit to get a coffee. I would keep driving or find something before this exit to give you peace of mind and restful nights sleeps. I wish I would have taken photos but I was so repulsed that I just wanted to sleep quickly and get back on the road as soon as I could.

Disappointment on our way south :(
Pros:

Location next to I-95. Convenient during our trip. Some food available around was a bonus as breakfast on Sunday was until 7.30am that day (!). The room overall was clean, despite the floor which was dirty.

Cons:

We came late in the evening and there was no drinking water to be provided/purchases anywhere. The staff was not helpful at all. The Wi-Fi did not work and staff told us we had a password on the key card (there was none). Around midnight some hillbilly on Harley pulled over and played loud music for like 15min right in front of our door - he then did it again 8am in the morning (on Sunday). Due to some external electricity issues, the breakfast was served between 6am and 7.30am (on Sunday...) so clearly we missed it. Unfortunately, we did not know it when making a reservation.

AC unit had trash in it and the fan in the bathroom was nasty. Had to turn AC unit off cause it was burning my eyes

Not clean. It seems like nothing was picked up or cleaned before arrival. There was hair on the sink. Poop stains on the toilet. Socks left on the floor. Trash near the bed. Food crumbs on the chair. Water stains on the table. Nothing was cleaned.

Outside sketchy, inside lovely.
Pros:

The room was gorgeous and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I didn't realize that there was no elevator and to access the rooms you had to go up a double outside staircase. I had requested close to an elevator due to mobility issues but didn't get a response. There was also a pile of garbage bags by the staircase that was stinky.

Excellent place to stay and spend a good time exploring the surroundings.
Pros:

Loved the privacy, location was perfect for us because it is half way between Saint George and Zion! And the room is very comfortable and very well build and planned for the necessities of travelers. We loved the place and the host was always available and willing to make us feel comfortable, very good communication skills! We hope next time we go it can be available for us again!
