Ok but breakfast needs improvement
Pros:

Close to main roads. Two rooms were cheap.

Cons:

Breakfast was bare minimum and almost done within 10 mins of opening. Oatmeal packs, pop tarts, bread with no jam, lackluster hot food. Kitchen door was open and it wasn’t clean.

Cons:

They steal.
Anybody whose been here is owed $30 as per policy. Call and get on their lack of communication hiding information in the fine print. And it shouldn't take 7 busines day...but here I am day 10 and no returned security deposit.

The staff was excellent and friendly

Cons:

The first room had mold under tv which I have photos the staff moved us but the second room on third floor had scotch tape holding piece of ceiling up and for 2 days a piece of dog poop in hallway

It ended up OK
Pros:

I was initially put in a room that had a TV that didn’t work, a phone that didn’t work and no blackout shade. After making a number of calls to the front desk and receiving only a message I called the main number for the company. Then the most pleasant of the employees showed up and changed my room and helped me move.

Good hotel with minor flaws
Pros:

The room was comfortable and the ac worked great. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

Out of 11 days, only had the room cleaned once even when asked to be put on the cleaning schedule for more often due to having kids. Had to take our own linen down to be changed out. Shower head was a bit wide pattern and was harder to get a good rinse.

In general staff were trying to satisfy the needs of the guest however they were overwhelmed.

I would like to note that this hotel is a very pet oriented that if you don't have one can be a very challenging to find the hotel clean and find yourself confartable. The breakfast has not eggs and hot water was cold. Morning front desk staff was rude.
