Hairs in bed - dirty floor in bathroom behind door - and water? stains on face of sink vanity in bathroom - toilet paper kept falling off of holder - carpet dirty where not easily swept.
The staff was pleasant and that is all that was pleasant
The exterior is run down, the interior is worse. The side door would not work. The room was beyond deplorable. It smelled of sewage water or moldy wet carpet. the bathroom sink was filthy, the toilet had a dirt and mold ring around it, the tub was discolored with what looked like urine.
The location was great!
Are air conditioner did not work, and are bath tub did not drain. When showering the tub would fill up.
The bedroom was spacious.
It was old looking and in need of a good makeover. The breakfast was poor. The water for the tea and coffee was tepid. The staff seemed young and inexperienced.
Room was comfortable.
It was snowing and area for parking and driveway were a mess. Arrived early evening with not much variety to get something to eat.
Hard to even find it was so poorly lit and extremely let go on exterior. Sits beside a quarry and a closed Perkins Pancake House. The grounds weren’t cared for, parking lot was dark with potholes and the interior with long dim hallways were creepy, tired and dated. The safety latch on the door was broken.😱
However, that said, the 2 queen beds were comfortable and clean with all white bedding and the bathroom was adequate and clean as well. The breakfast included was not acceptable. The price was cheap $$ and all we needed were beds to flop in and continue a road trip to our destination in the early AM.
Convenient to Cortland. The room was large. T king-size bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate for our needs. Individuals at the front desk were friendly and very helpful.
An older establishment. Had to walk up to the second floor. We visited during snow. The driveway was not plowed after a few inches fell. There were a few fast-food establishments to eat at but not much diversity in the type of menus.

The manager was attentive
Black mold in shower and under sink. Moved to another room..the TV didn't work and the phones had no phone lines connected and didn't work. We were moved to a 3rd room at 11pm.
Clean rooms..
No vending machines or snack srand
When we checked in our room had a double bed, which was going to be too small! We went to the desk and spoke with Kevin. At first he said there wasn't anything they could do as it was parents weekend and they were booked. I called booking and was told they would try and help us. They sent an email and soon after Kevin called us and said they were able to get us into a king room. We were so grateful to Booking and Clarion and Kevin for working to help us be comfortable.
The parking lot could use some attention. The hotel could use some updating.
