Pros:

Location was great breakfast was ok

Cons:

Dirty, run down, uncomfortable, outdated. No 24 hour help available. No one on property except the guy that put out the breakfast.

Asked for non-smoking and room reeked. Air conditioner smelled like an ash tray. Floor tiles were broken up and water was leaking around sink area. No one at the front desk to talk to and phone was dead. Would have demanded refund and gone some where else but no one there!

Talking to a robot at the check in desk instead of a human. A filthy run down hotel with toilets, leaking sewer water all over the floor and their solution was a towel. When I went to check-in the first room.The door is held propped open by a table

I was not happy with my stay. I should have left and stayed elsewhere.
Pros:

There was a roach in the bathroom. Cob webs everywhere. The toilet was clogged, the chair leg was all crooked and about to one off the table. The chair arms were broken, there was white stuff around the sink knobs, spots of mold around the vent that was on the ceiling above the shower head. Etc

HARD AS A ROCK!!!
Pros:

The room was comfortable except it was outdated, and there was a strong musty smell, I am guessing mold, as I have a sensitivity to it and it was hard breathing and coughing most of the night, needed a new toilet seat, at first I thought it was dirty then I realized the film was coming off.
There was no iron, not enough toiletries for 2 people, no coffee maker, fridge was not cold, could not adjust the cooling system vents, was not efficient. The breakfast was so so, better than other places.
Now, for the most important,...
The bed was awful, way too hard, could not get comfy, needed to be much softer!!!! Also, a soft cuddly blanket to snuggle under while watching TV there was no throw or anything like that. The establishment did have some vending machines, which is always a plus.

Cons:

Felt unsafe room was dirty had two rooms ended up sharing one room because the room was so unsafe and dirty! Sheets had holes from cigarettes smoke alarm went off for no reason

Pros:

Cheap and easy. We could get adjoining rooms for a multiply bed family.

Cons:

Rooms were run down. No "live" check in person, but a screen with a person that helps. It was clean enough, but the rooms are old.

Decent Stay
Pros:

Shops are nearby. Literally can just walk over to Starbucks. It isn't that noisy being that it's close to traffic. Rooms are decent. Not luxury but ok. The value of the hotel could be a bit more cheap. Pool could use a bit more upgrading to give a better appearance.

No communication with staff. Was all through kiosk. Breakfast was terrible. We were there at 7 am and was out of a lot of stuff. Food was stale and coffee was not very hot. Paint peeling off ceilings. Holes in the ceiling in bathroom.
