Breakfast was as always BELOW MEDIOCRE again,
simply said: absolutely Gross
Any Fast Food place serves better quality for few dollars. Having such a Cheap Breakfast served at your room charges is totally unacceptable.
The breakfast was great!!
Really nothing.it was great
Location and this is 2nd time I've stayed there with my dogs. The first time we were on 3rd floor with no issues and a perfect stay. This time around they put us on first floor rifht in front of entrance door which is stupid if u dont want dogs barking and while I was at dollywood the front desk lady called and said she got a complaint and that if she gets another one ill have to come back and do something with them even though I didn't get a call back when I did get back there were a few diff dogs barking all on first floor. So it made my trip to dollywood hectic jus 2aiting on a call from hotel to have to leave amd interrupt my trip. They should be putting dogs on 2nd or 3rd floor to keep them away from all the noise. Any dog that hears a noise usually barks. And the bathtub wouldn't drain. Had to take shower with water up around my ankles.
A**, machines did not work furnishings, need updated

Very old property that needs a big refurbishment. Out of 6 floors, only ice machine that worked was on 4th floor. Room had a musty smell. Breakfast area very small. Would not stay here again and would recommend anyone who plans to visit the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area to find a different hotel than this one. Hilton should not even have their name associated with this property. Finally, Hilton needs to rethink your pet friendly policy. People bringing 2-3 large dogs to rooms and then bring them to the breakfast area is unsanitary. Very, very poor policy.
Not sure how this hotel has a 4.5 rating. Drove an addl 4 hrs from our original vaca spot. Do not recommend. Old and dirty. Breakfast had to be heated up in their microwave. Tables were dirty even at afternoon check in. Hilton Honors member and do not recommend
Laundry out of service, Ice maker out of service, baggage carts on their last leg, housekeeping only comes every other day, and if you need fresh towels, go get them yourself. Just a brief list of the things wrong with this hotel that they failed to mention at booking or checkin. I’m a gold Hilton member and I regret loyalty to this brand.
Terrible maintained building, however, the outside and lobby area were very nice. When we walked around the corner to head toward the elevator, it all changed!
But the staff was great, especially the two men supplying the breakfast. They were top-notch.
The rest of the building was horrible. We stayed here for a week, and the halls were filthy. Finally, the morning we checked out, they vacuumed the carpets in the hall. Our room was Motel 6 quality. Messay caulking around the tub, and the carpet was laid over the old carpet when they tried to remodel. I wish I had photos to share. The toilet wouldn't flush, and the bathtub wouldn't drain. Walls had holes, not to mention that only 1 ice maker worked.
If we had to do it over, we would have picked a different hotel; there are a lot to choose from in this area.
TRAVELER WARNING👀 This Hanpton Inn is soon to begin a much overdue remodel. Only 1 icemaker in the entire hotel works. Took 3 days to repair out A/C & had stuffy room. Chair ripped up, hot & cold reversed on sink, room icemaker in fridge broken. A/C - furnace cold air return disgusting with built up muck & fuzz from well overdue filter changes. GM still hasn’t bothered to return my message to call for 3 days. Hotel Hilton mandated remodeling begins in Jan 2026. They say they won’t fix anything until then. Good luck if the last icemaker for a six floor hotel goes out.
This was probably the nicest Hampton Inn we have stayed at. The lobby is fashioned like a lodge, with plenty of comfortable seating areas all over. The 1-bedroom suite was large, with a mini-kitchen (including stove and full-size fridge) and sofa bed. The ONLY issue that we had was that the feather pillows were not removed, even though I had texted with the staff and had confirmation that they would be. The breakfast was good, and there were plenty of staff buzzing around refilling everything. Definitely recommend staying here.
A Hampton Inn with 4 floors and the only working ice machine was on the 4th floor. We were not made aware of this till after checking in and going to get ice on the first floor where we were staying.
Went to ice machine and it was non functional, no notice or communication. Went to front desk and attendant indicated that only working ice maker was on 4th floor. We asked if there was one in the breakfast area ( pantry), response was nope.
So just be aware why this Inn room night cost is where it is.
Very close to titanic museum
Felt a bit old, key card to door not always warked. And there was light from street and no curtain to close
