Pros:

Clean rooms and accessibility to almost everything.

Cons:

We were not informed the pool was closed. If I had known as it was really hot and we were hoping to enjoy some pool time knowing it was closed i would of booked somewhere else. Air conditioning was horrible not working right so it was a hot 2 nights. Beds were comfy though.

With the few issues we would give them another try.
Pros:

The rooms were roomy and clean. Because we had our 2 dogs we used the tag they gave us to let staff know when dogs were in room. We had to set our trash bags and towels out side our door which was not a issue for us. Breakfast was very good. We were very pleased with it. Staff was outstanding.

Cons:

Water, they were under construction and that was fine. Our only issue was water, it was only lukewarm at best we dealt with it because of the staff. They were very sorry. It was a situation that caught them off guard, and only affected half the building. When we checked out they refunded part of payment without us asking.

Could have been better
Pros:

Not much, the receptionist couldn't figure out the 2 rooms, she almost gave away our room. the rooms were on different floors. Check in was terrible, delayed because a booking issue and a water issue, the pool was closed ( disappointing for my grandson). Breakfast was OK, not very healthy, all sweet rubbish, only oranges and no plain yogurt everything was highly processed and unhealthy. 2nd day the receptionist was better

Great extended weekend stay for the value!
Pros:

The location was great, plenty of seating for the free breakfast, plenty of parking, loved the fire pit by the pool, loved that it was pet friendly! Staff was super nice!

Cons:

Only thing they can do better on is the breakfast bar, needs fruit options and some type of eggs to go with the sausage.

Great price for a great stay.
Pros:

The location was great. The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, needs to add eggs to the menu. Love the firepit. Love that it’s pet friendly.

Very pleased overall for the price
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The bed and pillows were excellent. The ice machine was out of order in the floor we were staying on. And, we had to run the water for a very long time to get warm water. The last two mentioned were due to construction at the facility and the very kind staff, Sidney, told us prior to checking in that there might be issues due to the construction.

Nice clean place to stay for the price
Pros:

Location was close to everything but still quiet, rooms was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Beds were very uncomfortable couldn’t hardly sleep, hot water was messed up, they got it fixed but it took a minute.

This was the worst hotel experience in my 56 years of life

Cons:

The water was cold for my shower, provided there was water. There was no breakfast items at 8:59am on Sunday morning. The property is under construction so no nap time was available due to all the banging. The elevator was filthy. Should have been forewarned that there would be no water and that it would be ice cold for an hour or more until you can actually take one. Dinner is at 6 pm. Had to go dirty after a long hike this morning, no shower was available for me to freshen up

Not Done with Renovation!
Pros:

Location was great and right down the Rd from everything in Pigeon Forge. Front Desk and maintenance guy were great people and tried to help all they could.

Cons:

Place should be shut down during the renovations. Water was cut off and on all day for repairs, water was dripping in the light fixtures outside our room and could hear active leaks, plugs in room didn't work to power tv so the maintenance guy changed TV's and figured out it's plugs not TV's. Everything is half butt done around there by the contractors they have hired.
