Nice clean place to stay for the price
Pros:

Location was close to everything but still quiet, rooms was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Beds were very uncomfortable couldn’t hardly sleep, hot water was messed up, they got it fixed but it took a minute.

Desafortunadamente a mi no me fue bien en mi estancia
La primera habitación estaba muy limpia pero caía agua del techo
Nos dieron una segunda habitación pero a la hora de dormir no dejaba de dar comezón en todo el cuerpo tanto a mi como a mi esposo y mi hijo, no pudimos dormir para nada
El desayuno no estuvo del todo bien

This was the worst hotel experience in my 56 years of life

Cons:

The water was cold for my shower, provided there was water. There was no breakfast items at 8:59am on Sunday morning. The property is under construction so no nap time was available due to all the banging. The elevator was filthy. Should have been forewarned that there would be no water and that it would be ice cold for an hour or more until you can actually take one. Dinner is at 6 pm. Had to go dirty after a long hike this morning, no shower was available for me to freshen up

Not Done with Renovation!
Pros:

Location was great and right down the Rd from everything in Pigeon Forge. Front Desk and maintenance guy were great people and tried to help all they could.

Cons:

Place should be shut down during the renovations. Water was cut off and on all day for repairs, water was dripping in the light fixtures outside our room and could hear active leaks, plugs in room didn't work to power tv so the maintenance guy changed TV's and figured out it's plugs not TV's. Everything is half butt done around there by the contractors they have hired.

Pros:

Location and this is 2nd time I've stayed there with my dogs. The first time we were on 3rd floor with no issues and a perfect stay. This time around they put us on first floor rifht in front of entrance door which is stupid if u dont want dogs barking and while I was at dollywood the front desk lady called and said she got a complaint and that if she gets another one ill have to come back and do something with them even though I didn't get a call back when I did get back there were a few diff dogs barking all on first floor. So it made my trip to dollywood hectic jus 2aiting on a call from hotel to have to leave amd interrupt my trip. They should be putting dogs on 2nd or 3rd floor to keep them away from all the noise. Any dog that hears a noise usually barks. And the bathtub wouldn't drain. Had to take shower with water up around my ankles.

Es un hotel ubicado en el corazón de Pigeon, muy tranquilo y con desayuno bueno. Muy amable el personal que nos atendió. Las camas son cómodas y el ambiente muy familiar

Cons:

Una de las 3 habitaciones que reservamos olía mal, no me la cambiaron, pero me dieron un spray para minimizar el olor, que lo contuvo bastante.

Hampton Inn on the Parkway - Pigeon Forge, TN
Pros:

Very old property that needs a big refurbishment. Out of 6 floors, only ice machine that worked was on 4th floor. Room had a musty smell. Breakfast area very small. Would not stay here again and would recommend anyone who plans to visit the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area to find a different hotel than this one. Hilton should not even have their name associated with this property. Finally, Hilton needs to rethink your pet friendly policy. People bringing 2-3 large dogs to rooms and then bring them to the breakfast area is unsanitary. Very, very poor policy.

Do not recommend!
Pros:

Not sure how this hotel has a 4.5 rating. Drove an addl 4 hrs from our original vaca spot. Do not recommend. Old and dirty. Breakfast had to be heated up in their microwave. Tables were dirty even at afternoon check in. Hilton Honors member and do not recommend

RUN!
Pros:

Laundry out of service, Ice maker out of service, baggage carts on their last leg, housekeeping only comes every other day, and if you need fresh towels, go get them yourself. Just a brief list of the things wrong with this hotel that they failed to mention at booking or checkin. I’m a gold Hilton member and I regret loyalty to this brand.
