Good, comfortable room with good amenities for a very reasonable price.
Pros:

Great place for the value, comfortable rooms, and plenty of amenities, such as the laundry room and grille. Good room, good price.

Cons:

Very large hotel, long hallways our room was a walk to get to. Room was never cleaned during stay but that’s OK. I prefer privacy and to maintain the room/ bed our self

Don't get caught slacking...
Pros:

Matthew! He remembers us and his greetings are warm, genuine and welcoming! Check was quick pleasant and easy. We had a room on the ground floor and close to the restaurant, short walk from entrance. Nice big TV with closed captions was relaxing. The evening chef/bar tender is also a pleasure to see and chat with. Breakfast was delicious. There was oatmeal, cereal and fresh fruit besides the egg, potato and sausage plate available. The server at breakfast with the two little buns on her head is so kind and friendly. You guys have some really great staff right now. Don't lose them, they are why I give such high ratings.

Cons:

There is mold on the grout, under the bathtub soap dish and around the water spout. They no longer sell happy hour appetizers at half off. Not all options for appetizers are available now. We ate in the restaurant and were served our soft drinks in glass cups with ice. I asked for my second refill of ice tea in a to go cup to take it back to our room for the night and was politely told they aren't allowed to do that? Last weekend my hubby ordered in the restaurant to go to our room and eat. He had a to go cup in his hand. So I thought next time I'll order my tea to go from the beginning with our appetizers we sit down to eat. Oh, I bet there's no refills on the to go cup even if I sat in the restaurant. I'm going to test this theory. Our AC was on 62 for about four hrs before the room cooled down. Don't slack on these customer service issues. We love your hotel and have watched a small decline in the past two years. You're in a prime location with very competitive rates and what keeps you above the others is superb customer service, reliability, consistency, cleanliness and upkeep.
