Uncomfortable stay.
Pros:

Location, and courtyard.

Cons:

The bathroom had bugs that came from the bathtub drain and there was hair in the tub which made me think it just wasn’t cleaned from the last guest.
Tv wasn’t working but the staff plugged it into a different outlet. So the outlet dint work. Small detail but should have been checked before room was assigned to a guest.
I was going to stay another day but service desk claimed I would have to pay yet another $100 deposit on top of the one I had already given them.
I stay in hotels all of the time and that has never happened at any hotel I have ever stayed at before.

Due to the experience with the Staff, I will never come here again
Pros:

Loved the restaurant and the room

Cons:

The desk staff were not helpful. Asking a guest to download an app in order to get a a shuttle to the airport is arrogant and rude. I had no idea how to download an app, and I didn’t know what password it asked for. Desk staff basically shrugged their shrugged off my frustration.
