Pros:

The place was quite, the rooms where big, the breakfast was good and the employees where nice.
The beds were comfy but dirty sheets.

Cons:

The room i booked carpet look dirty, the sheets where dirty and it said sofa bed which we needed and the mattress of the sofa bed was not there. Plus the couch cushion sunk in.

They need to work on guest importance and detail room service
Pros:

Parking was easy, check in was also simple and easy. On 1 or 2 times, we needed a reception clerk but there was no one available. When she approached to help us, she was distracted on her phone and busy speaking with the person in the back office instead of focusing on the guests. On the 2nd day, before 11am we requested full room service, specifically for the shampoo and body wash which were too low to pump. Room service was half done with just the trash taken out and bed sheets and towels change but no soap refills which we did specifically ask for. We extended our stay 1 extra day and the soaps were never refilled, we had to ask for alternative bar of soaps to be able to use during our stay.
When we tried having dinner in their restaurant, there was no staff available, we had to wait and call for someone as well as the reception area in the lobby.

Cons:

No receptionist available at all times. No kitchen staff during dinner. Breakfast is atill the same witj no major changes. Room service was not fully done
