It was an ok place to stay and decent for the price
Pros:

Staff was friendly, property was clean.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable, morning coffee had no lids for cups and dimple on bottom of cup made it wobbly when you set it down

Only a one night stay, so short, but very sweet
Pros:

Spent one night on our way to see the sandhill cranes in Nebraska. Having read some earlier reviews that were not too good, we were pleased to see that under new management upgrades have been made and we would stay here again. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but sufficient - eggs, yogurt, cereal, bananas, coffee. We arrived late close to 10pm and staff at front desk was lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

Was bummed that the pool was not open due to maintenance.

Pros:

It was close to the 74 freeway

Cons:

Much of the staff couldn't answer basic questions such as what time did breakfast end? It is a very dated hotel but they are renovating.

Desk checkout person was nice.

Cons:

Floors in bathroom were water damaged to the point of loose grout between tiles. Carpet was shabby. Floors overall felt weak. Door was hard to shut completely.

Breakfast was OK, but not great. The coffee was fine. The eggs were OK. The hash brown left something to be desired. The location was terrific. The rooms were great and the staff was fabulous.
