Convince
Little dirty, no grab n go breakfast
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any hotel I’ve stayed at. And the rooms are not worth the prices.
Allowed dogs to stay
We booked a double queen and got a King with a crappy sofa bed that had no linens.
I had a motor coach group of travelers on a Mystery trip. I used this hotel.
They were very welcoming to my group, the rooms were clean and breakfast was fine.
Nothing
Room smelled. The thermostat didn't work properly, the heat/air ran either full blast or not at all. The heat and air conditioner made a huge rattling noise when on. People were having a party and talking and laughing in the parking lot ( just one room down), kept calling the front desk....they would go out and tell them to be quiet, and in 30 minutes they would start up all over again.....this was happening from 11:00PM thru 3:00ish AM.
(When we first checked in we were given a room, we went to the room, it had never been cleaned that day. Front desk gave us a new room.)
The whole hotel was so dirty and worn out. I don't think the stairs and hall had been cleaned in a week, huge clumps of mud and dirt everywhere. You could not pay me enought to stay in this hotel again.
Note we paid over $200 for this hotel room. (There was some sports thing going on in town and no rooms available anywhere else).
Friendly staff, clean and everything was in order
Location
Extremely dirty and smelly.
The smell of smoke of many different types was strong and irritating.
I liked nothing about this hotel.
Everything could have been better at this hotel. It was very nasty, very unclean, smelled of cigarette smoke very badly! There were dead bugs in the room, stains all over the carpet, gum stuck in the carpet, mold all over the bathroom, and all over very dirty.
Food was fine
Staff, cleanliness, facilities were in disrepair
am writing to formally report a deeply concerning experience during my nearly three-week stay at a Country Inn & Suites property.
To begin, I want to acknowledge Jason and Jessica, who consistently demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. They are a credit to your brand and were the only positive aspect of my extended stay.
Unfortunately, my experience with Alex, the owner of this location, was entirely unacceptable and ultimately overshadowed the entirety of my visit.
Throughout my stay, Alex’s demeanor was consistently dismissive and unwelcoming. Every interaction left me feeling as though I was an inconvenience rather than a paying guest. Requests for basic assistance were met with reluctance, and there was a clear lack of professionalism in his conduct.
The situation escalated significantly on the day of my checkout. While I fully understood and respected the requirement to vacate my room, Alex insisted that I leave the property immediately. When I calmly asked whether I had violated any rules or done anything wrong, he explicitly stated that I had not.
When I then attempted to have a respectful conversation to understand why I was being treated in this manner, Alex responded by mocking me. He deliberately mimicked me in a childish and dismissive way rather than engaging in a professional dialogue. This behavior was not only inappropriate—it was completely unacceptable, particularly from the owner of the establishment.
To make matters worse, I was traveling with a service dog and three large suitcases. Despite these circumstances, I was forced to leave the property immediately and walk a considerable distance in extreme heat with all of my belongings. There was no effort made to provide reasonable accommodation, assistance, or even basic courtesy.
After staying at this property for nearly three weeks without any complaints, violations, or incidents, this treatment was both shocking and unacceptable. The behavior I experienced reflects a serious failure in leadership and raises concerns about how guests are treated when the individual responsible for upholding brand standards behaves in this manner.
I strongly urge Radisson to review the security footage from the day of my checkout, as it will clearly document this interaction. I also request that this matter be taken seriously and reviewed at a corporate level, as the conduct I experienced is not reflective of the standards your brand claims to uphold.
While I appreciate the professionalism shown by Jason and Jessica, my experience with the owner has left me with no confidence in this location.
Convenient location
Busy noisy road
Great location
In need of a thorough deep cleaning. Stains on carpet and furniture. Sleeper sofa had crumbs in the mattress folds. The entire third floor smelled like marijuana when we checked in.
Breakfast was ok, but the facilities were run down, the carpets were stained. Just not a good hotel.
Spend some money on upkeep. I know it’s expensive, but area by area can be done.
The staff was kind
It was at a good location
Not a good experience we arrived the pool was closed. The refrigerator was not working the whole stay and when you sat on toilet it was so wobbly
Staff was gracious and helpful.
Needed more towels, ran out of body wash, elevator was not up to code. Floors were worn . The pool wasn't working, hotel smelled of weed. All the time.
