I like the ATMOSPHERE of the room
It wasn't that clean and I saw two roaches in my room
I recently stayed at the Phoenix Airport Hilton on 7/30/26.
I wanted to get some good sleep before a 3AM wakeup to go to the airport. The rooms were nice enough, but for some reason a loud alarm (fire?) went off at 9:20 pm for 30 seconds and I was unable to get back to sleep. The worst part however is their shuttle service. .Upon returning from my trip I waited for around 30 minutes and no shuttle came. I called and the manager said that he would send a shuttle right away. I waited for 25 minutes and called again. This time the manager said that EJ will have to wait until the dust storm clears before coming. BTW there were many shuttles from other hotels and taxis coming and going. I thought that the manager should have called me to inform me that the shuttle wasn't . Anyway I said that I would continue to wait. After about another 30 minutes I took a taxi to the hotel to pick up my car. I thought that they would reimburse me for the taxi ride especially for their poor customer service. The manager said no, that their shuttle service is on demand and therefore cannot reimburse me. So be aware, if there is a dust storm or who knows what else, you will be kept waiting. In the future I will use Sky Harbor Parking. Their shuttles were operating.

Close to airport !
They charge you $15 to park overnight ! Never have been charged money to park my car when I am staying at a hotel , they should have advertised that before booking! Then they made it a pain to pay the $15 ! Food and drinks in Resteraunt super expensive as well ! Won’t stay here again !
The A/C barely worked. Room stayed about 80f. The bed was 12 years old and worn out. Lumpy old pillows. Employees were nice enough, just a crappy hotel. I'm tired of Hiltons letting me down.
24 hour shuttle to the airport

Hilton PHX has a free shuttle leaving every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour 24 hours a day. Very reliable. Easy check in and check out. Rooms are large and comfortable. Minimal airport noise. On site restaurant is a sports bar.

Room was not ready upon arrival.
We stay here every time we fly out of Sky Harbor. The restaurant is great, shuttle reliable, pool is excellent, people are friendly.
