The hotel definitely added in a positive way to our trip
Pros:

The breakfast was fine. Really liked the hotel location, but more that that the hotel itself, the layout all the trees and plants everywhere, made it a wonderful place to stay. I would certainly stay there again.

Cons:

I have nothing to complain about. The hotel location also made it very easy for us to get to the island of Samal for a few days, and then we went back to the hotel before flying out. Also the hotel stored some of our luggage while we went to Samal. Thank you so much!

Good for value and location especially for the airport.
Pros:

It was in a good spot especially if you needed to go to the airport early morning. The staff was very helpful and accomodating especially with our luggages. Price value was what you’d expect.

Cons:

The floor in the room looks a bit dirty so wish they provided slippers atleast. The toilet had some odor and the shower pressure was a bit weak that the bidet has more pressure.

Treat local tourists the same as foreign ones.

location, it was very near the airport.

Cons:

While checking out, I went after another pinoy and we both had to wait to have our rooms checked which was ok, it was a standard check out procedure. Then a foreigner checked out after me, then in just a few seconds, he was done just like that, way before me and the other pinoy ahead of me.. i had to point this unfair treatment to the checkout staff, she says the foreigner's room was already checked-how convenient, and i guess they use their telepathy if it were foreigners since i never saw her use the walkie talkie unlike when she checked our room as well as the pinoy ahead of me.. tsk..

It was quiet.

Cons:

Tv had only sound no picture.Advertisement not transparent enough.Failed to specify you have to navigate up and down various stairways to get to your room and walkways were not smooth,But made up of stones and rough.Which is not good for your suitcases wheels.Need improvements.Need much better breakfast choices.
