When I checked in I was supposed to be getting a double room with 2 beds. I was given a room with 1 bed and a love seat. I went to the desk to ask what had happened so she sends me to a queen suite that hadn't been cleaned after the last occupants. So I go back to the desk she then gives me 2 single rooms. Then we get stuck on the elevator for a good 5 mins as the door wouldn't open after that I use my key card to unlock my door and it didn't work. So I go back to the desk, using stairs this time after driving 14 hrs straight, and they fix my card. It's already well after midnight and the side and back entrances had been propped open with rugs so that people could come in without a key card. The whole place smelled like marijuana. I was afraid to walk out of my room due to the obvious drug traffic. If I hadn't driven 14 hrs and wasn't dangerously exhausted I wouldn't have spent a min there. This place needs to be shut down!

Not enough staff.
No breakfast was available.
The swimming pool was out of service.
Food and convenience purchase section was empty.
Amazon Fire TV was a terrible idea.
4 out of 4 rooms had serious problems.
Housekeeping knocked on my door at about 130 pm asking if needed service when there was a sign on the door handle stating "Do not disturb".
Guest were either zombies or drug addicts. One had an argument with another about "stealing" their stuff.
Outer doors get propped open and no staff is available to correct it.
First floor ice maker leaked onto path making it dangerous to walk to most rooms.
Maintenance staff room was usually unlocked.

Rooms
249 had no smoke detector, outlet by sink caught fire, spout diverter in bathtub flew of violently. Iron spewed water out of the steam vents more often than steam. The refrigerator light was out and did not cool very well.
258 had mold through various parts of the ceiling, Soap bar had been used, phone did not work, and bathroom light flickered.
237 lock had been replaced but not programmed (inaccessible)
248 The right side of the bed was partially collapsed inward at the edge (you sink in deeply when you sit or lay on the right side), one trash bin was missing its bag, the toilet flush handle was broken and the replacement did not have its chain adjusted so that it could flush without hitting the top lid. The door stop was a few inches too high (protecting nothing), allowing the door handle to damage the drywall.

I checked out early. It was too much. The fire Marshal and OSHA need to get involved.

Everything it was awful

Out on the balcony you had weed and blunts laying around cigarette butts people clothes the slide door went and close so I was unhappy.

It's nothing as it shows in the photos. There were no breakfast ready until later. Pour your own waffle / do it yoursel and that's it. It's a no smoking facility, however cigarette butts found in a couple areas in the hallways. The hallway carpet is beyond filthy. The pool is not working and possible could fish out of it. Swimming will not happen. This is probably the worst place I've ever stayed so much so that morning I left went to a graduation came back and didn't stay the second night and got booked at a better one wiith hopes to get my money back. Smells like skunks may be in the building if you get my drift.. Use extreme caution if you book this place, but I absolutely do not recommend, this place needs condemned to be completely honest. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Everything was awful, smoking on nonsmoking rooms, flooded rooms, maid walking in middle of night twice dirty hallway carpet.

The room was absolutely disgusting, the smell was awful and the staff was nonexistent. Asked for towels twice and never got any. The mold smell in the room was so bad. If we weren't so exhausted from a very long drive and arriving at almost midnight we would have left immediately. Do yourself a favor and Do Not stay here.

everything was dirty, the pool was green, the balcony had garbage on it, the floor was sticky. I waited 15 minutes at the desk to check in. the whole hotel had a horrible odor. the elevator was not working properly the emergency phone was ripped out, the door took 5 minutes to open which was very scary

I have stayed there twice and both times something has been left behind which is fair to be my fault but both things big and small and both expensive have just not been found according to housekeeping and some are not able to be replaced. Pretty hard to just not find an expensive jacket that was clearly recovered and juat not turned in
