I liked the good service, the room was very clean.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Great staff , took care of when we had a problem with the room
Initially Put us in a room that had a history with hot water not working , night staff got us a new room and brought up key cards at 430 am
The fire pit, breakfast, and the tea/coffee in the foyer.
The smell in the hallways on the third floor were mysteriously unflattering.
Check in.
No hot water! It was cold and never got warm- nor hot.
Breakfast was good:)
Nice hotel, comfortable. Pool was great.
Breakfast could have been a little better; parking lot is small.
Breakfast was good. The beds were comfy and the location of the hotel was perfect for my trip.
I booked Country Inn because the photo for the “2 Queen Bed” room clearly shows a living area and a sofa bed. When we checked in, our room had neither. The front desk told me those features are only in specific rooms that must be booked separately - but there was no way to know that since the listing photo is misleading. That’s false advertising. Those rooms were already booked, so we couldn’t switch, and no compensation was offered. I chose this hotel specifically for the living area and sofa bed. The only saving grace was that our two rooms were connecting, which gave the illusion of more space.
Please clearly offer a room option that includes a living area and sofa bed instead of lumping everything into one “2 Queen Bed” category. Next time I’ll stay at Little America Hotel, where sofa beds are clearly listed as an upgrade, to avoid this error.
Additionally, housekeeping never serviced our second room (no DND sign posted): trash wasn’t removed and toilet paper and towels weren’t restocked. I also slipped and fell on ice in the parking lot because snow and ice were not cleared for guests. Thank you for the good breakfast, comfy beds, and great location but the way this inconvenience was handled means I will not return here or recommend.
Great location just off the freeway. Room was comfy and the staff was pleasant.
Coffee pot needed to be moved to the bathroom to be plugged in. No plug located near where the coffee pot was.
The room was nice and clean. The bed sheets were clean and very warm.
The breakfast was quite cold when we got it. The walls are a little thin, so you can slightly hear the people next to you.
The hotel is in a very nice area , the room was very comfortable. The staff was nice & helpful , the jacuzzi was great !
