Pros:

Need a more cleansing carpets and sofa are nasty . Need a lots renovation location its good and customer service it's awesome but the room and the outside rooms need more attention

Pros:

Room was nice and cozy! They did all the little things to make our stay great. This is our second time at this location, and they did a great job as expected. The breakfast wad perhaps the best part, they did great. Kudos to every single staff member, but the house keeping and servers where the best part. Am planning our next trip and will stay here again!

Pros:

Everything was great for our 2 night stay, rooms were comfortable and clean. Facilities was good. Breakfast was delicious also!

Cons:

Just the loud vehicles going by with loud engine sounds, also the room above us was very noisy with stomping and running around, especially at night, but all in all it was a great stay 👍

Best hotel, staff, comfort, rooms, amenities. Truly a great place to stay at for a vacation.

This was an amazing hotel, we got an upgrade on our room for less than usual, this was the 1st vacation that just myself, my husband, and our two young adult sons have taken together as a family in a decade. The staff here was amazing, they have a wonderful breakfast, nice waffle choices, regular or strawberry! It was amazing. They have cookies, coffee, tea, for all their customers across from the front desk, the room was very comfterble, and im.glad we got the upgrade for the room, it made it much more comfteble, and spacious for us, the living room had a wonderful little cabinet, with shelves on the left, and a microwave and mini fridge on the right, nice size television in both our rooms. The beds were extremely comfteble, the pillows were really nice, wish I could have bought myself 3 of them, lol, the bathroom was very nice, spacious, nice shelves to store items, wish there were drawers though, one for each of us, would have helped keep storing our heigenic items separated. We did have some issues with the electrical.outlet, going out in the bedroom, but the staff is so quick in fixing anything wrong, took no time at all to get it replaced. When you have good staff, you have a great place to stay. Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation. I also want to mention, I love that they have an indoor poll, and hot tub! Beautiful designated smoking area, thats also the fire pit area. This truly was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a very very long time, we thank you all!!!
