overall decent, nothing too special but good for price.
Pros:

lady at the front was very nice. It’s a good place to lay your head for the price. right beside a 24 hr gas station which is nice. the A/C works good. did not see any roaches or bed bugs thankfully. they did have an ice machine which was nice since the fridge was iffy. guy across from us was standing outside basically the whole time we were there, he had a staring problem but he never said anything weird to anybody so i guess that’s okay. he must of been living there or something because he had a grill outside and he would be cooking. bout a 10-15 min ride to six flags.

Cons:

bed had multiple stains. the fridge didn’t really get cold at all, maybe slightly colder than room temperature. the pool looked clean but didn’t get in it because there was a fat lady that was sitting in the pool twerking and pointing her ass to everybody. We booked a non smoking king room but when we got there they only had smoking rooms left so they substituted us with a non smoking double bed room. There is a lot of stray cats around the building, i usually like cats but these mfs were scary looked like they came straight out of pet cemetery.

The staff were pleasant.

Cons:

Wasn’t as clean as could be. Dead bug, dirt stains everywhere. Gap at the bottom of the door were anything could get in.

Will never be staying here again. My first room smelled like weed, the bathroom was disgusting and there was stuff on the bed,and the TV broken. My second one because I asked for a different room carpet has mysterious wet spot, plug cover over, roach droppings in the drawer. They told me they could refund my but I would have to leave and I said well could y'all at least do like a discount or something instead because I have an ill toddler, a tired husband from working 12 hours, and a mom who has had multiple strokes and is in bad health. So we had no choice but to stay because of it being so late. Went to swim the next day this was the pool claimed they could only refund 25 percent I was gonna leave because at this point I'm over it.They claimed "the pool gets cleaned every day". The lady at the front desk was amazing it was the owners that did no accommodation and were very inconsiderate and cold. TERRIBLE

Bad experience
Pros:

Friendly employees, not all though.

Cons:

The rooms reaped a sour odor. Lots of teens hang out every night there, one even asked if we wanted to buy some weed. They also banged on room doors and ean. I had to continuously look out of the window to make sure they didn't break into my car. Scary experience.
