Cons:

Room wasn't ready. Finally got to room..room service guy informed me that he put everything that was needed in my room. A few minutes later I heard someone trying to get in my room with multiple tries..they pushed the door open but I had the lock on it, i rushed to the door and opened it fast.. it was the room service guy he was surprised and said he forgot he put everything in the room... but he never knocked on the door before trying to enter my room. I was on "HIGH ALERT" all night. Very uncomfortable stay!! Will NEVER book there again. Plus I booked a SUITE .. that room was definitely not a Suite. Hampton Inn's quality is TRASH and GARBAGE!! Carpets and couches are old unkempt and worn out

Cons:

The bed was dirty. The floor was dirty. Bug crawling on the ceiling. Spot on the wall where someone had killed a bug smeared on the wall. I ended up leaving and driving back home 1 1/2 hours away

The rooms do not have refrigerators. The rooms need a makeover and the one staff person was the worst to deal with. It was an offial stay. I made an error I didnt go to my usual location because clearly the one on town center drive white Marsh isnt it smh

Staff was excellent, breakfast ok. Room(s) not so good.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly

Cons:

Had to change our room twice because first room toilet was clogged and staff could not unclog it. Second room tub faucet continuously ran, (not dripping but was streaming out causing a rust stain around drain). Third room was just ok, several areas on the wall looked patches and unpainted. Paying $150.00 a night I would expect a lot better. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns across the country and was always happy with my choice: but I may have to rethink my future stays.

I really like staying here . very convenient to everything..
Pros:

breakfast.. was very good
the bed was very comfortable
the bathroom was equipped with personal need ( soap lotion shower gel etc)
very friendly housekeepers.
the greeter was very polite

Cons:

a lot of slamming doors all the time of night.. putting dirty towels n trash in the hallways . at least they could have put it in a bag .

Cons:

Being charged for something tiny on the pillow case/sheet. Any hotel with white beds and towels are not going to not get something on them. I’ve never in all the several hotels I’ve been to been charged for that. We spent total of $800 in a week to stay there and then we find out an additional $10 for that. And to top it off we were out of a home for a week due to construction and fire hazard. It didn’t sit well with me that the hotel did that.
