A hotel should have cleaning supplies in the building. Especially in the winter virus season.

Cons:

I got very sick with the stomach virus during my stay, and the hotel had no cleaning supplies in the building. No cleaning cloths, paper towels or cleaning spray. I was told no one would be available until late morning the next day. It was a horrible experience for me and the nice lady who tried to help me with my situation. High pet fees.

Staff, particularly Maryanne and Joel at front desk were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was good but not great.

Cons:

A it run down. Continually leaking bathtub spigot could not be fixed and one towel hook in bathroom was partially pulled out from the wall. Also door lock was a nightmare to get open. Wife gave up after one day. Not good
