I absolutely loved this hotel. It's located in the heart of Manchester just across from the Palace theatre, with loads of bars and restaurants close by. The interior decor is amazing. The hotel is located in a building that was owned by a life insurance firm and the designers have preserved much of the old interiors whilst complimenting with new features. It's a fabulous mixture of industrial chic, modern cool designs and comfort. Lots of double height rooms with original tiles and colonnades. The bar and dining areas are breath-taking. Breakfast was delicious. Staff at reception, in the bar and dining areas were so helpful and friendly. There are complimentary snacks in the room and the toiletries are fab. I've just spent 2 weeks travelling around Europe and nowhere I stayed matched this place. You need to visit this hotel once in your life.

The hotel is next to the train station and you can hear the sound of passing trains day and night
My 2nd stay at this hotel it's beautiful rooms very spacious nice and quite great night's sleep , lots of little extras can't fault it , nice staff can't do enough for you definitely reccomend it .
