Lovely stay in Manchester
Pros:

They upgraded us to a larger room on arrival. Lovely looking hotel. Large spacious bar and restaurant. Plentiful breakfast.

Cons:

Door on bathroom wouldn’t close easily.

We weren’t told that there were large parties/conferences organised for the two nights we stayed, so we couldn’t enjoy bar, way too busy.

وصلنا الفندق الساعة 3 عصراً بعد رحلة مرهقة، فاعتذروا لعدم جاهزية الغرفتين وطلبوا منا الانتظار. وبعد تأخّر التسليم واعتراضنا، قدّموا لنا غرفتين بديلتين فوراً! فلماذا انتظرنا أصلاً ما دام لديكم غرف.!
We arrived at the hotel at 3 PM after an exhausting trip. They apologized that our two rooms weren’t ready and asked us to wait. After the delay and our complaint, they suddenly offered us two alternative rooms! So why did we have to wait at all if you had rooms available?

Lovely staff. Clean. Great location. Spacious rooms , reception, bar, lounge etc..Had a lovely quiet sleep. Lovely scents greet you on arrival. Great toiletries and good selection of complimentary drinks/snacks.

Cons:

Struggled to connect to the WiFi in the room initially and then at times it dropped off or was very slow.

Fabulous and breathtaking.
Pros:

The location is perfect , the hotel is so beautiful and in fact breathtaking. The staff cannot do enough and breakfast was excellent
