As part of our hotel policies with a guaranteed reservation on your c/c, please be aware that a prepayment equivalent to the 1st night's room rate and applicable taxes will be charged one day prior to your scheduled arrival date. Additionally, a security deposit will be required upon check-in.
We are pleased to offer complimentary transportation services to various attractions in the area. Our shuttle service to Disney Parks operates daily at 10:35 am, with returns scheduled for 5:00 pm and 10:35 pm. Furthermore, we provide free transportation to Universal Studios departing at 07:35 am. Please note that transportation to Hollywood Studios departs at 10:35 am, where Disney will then provide transport to their parks. Returns from Universal Studios are scheduled for 08:15 pm and 08:20 pm respectively. Transportation from Hollywood Studios and Epcot Center to the hotel is available at 05:00 pm and 10:35 pm respectively.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and our front desk operates 24 hours a day to assist you with any inquiries or requests, Check-out out is 11:00 am. For guaranteed reservations, please note that rooms will be held until 7:00 am the day following your scheduled arrival.

Closeness to Disney
You can hear everyone going up the stairs next to our room, when you walk in the room, the floor shakes the whole room ( making the furniture and fridge rattle), the AC even when set to continuous fan would auto shut off when it met the temp, then the room would get hot and eventually it would restart. We were woken up at 1, 3:30, 4am from people running up the stairs, dropping their luggage from the room above us. Horrible night overall

Staff is always welcoming and helpful! When issues arose, it was taken care of with no hesitation! Hot Breakfast was good. I love that it’s a few minutes from Disney World!
My first room smelled like someone peed in the AC unit so it made the room smell horrible.

Excellent value for money and a great base for visiting the parks. The staff were friendly, attentive and responsive from the moment I booked through to check-out, which was quick and seamless. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed, including tea and coffee facilities and very effective air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well throughout my stay. Although I missed breakfast due to early starts, it was nice to see there were snacks and other food options available. The complimentary shuttle buses to the parks were also a great addition.
The room was looking a little dated and there were a few minor structural issues, such as visible cracks in places, which could do with some attention. They didn't affect my stay, but refreshing the rooms would really elevate the hotel. I'd also like to see a later return shuttle from the parks. The last bus leaves at 10:50pm, which is a little early considering some parks stay open until 11pm—I missed it one evening!

Atendente sem paciência para quem está aprendendo inglês. O hotel vive de hóspedes de todo lugar, deveria ter mais paciência e empatia. E tb foi cobrado a mais $70 a mais que não sei o porquê pois só descontaram e não especificaram nada
