We had trouble with our room keys I had to get two different sets .
Cheap
Environment, not very attractive entry getting into the motel from the main street. Noisy, the heater was particularly annoying and so I turned it off most of the time. At best, this motel was inexpensive. I did enjoy the workout room. Breakfast always the same anytime you go to a less expensive hotel. I don’t even bother anymore.
Rooms are updated to today’s standards. Comfortable beds, great location, close to everything.
Neighboring room to ours was not very soundproof. Could hear their children running around at 6:30 in the morning and the parents yelling at their child to be quiet.

This was a great place. The room was fantastic and super clean. The pool area was really lovely and the breakfast was filling. The staff was really helpful and cheery. Will definitely stay here again.

People were nice and I was impressed by the hot tub! But our first room had a army of ants on the 3rd floor.... in the winter... which makes me believe the walls are full of them. The door wouldn't latch right unless we slammed the door and the heater/fan was super loud and annoying. Sounded like it had issues. I will say the 2nd room they gave us was much better.
