I like it was clean
They didn’t clean our room once, when wen were there, shampoo bottles and soap are so small, shower doesn’t have enough pressure. We needed more shower mats
Clean, quiet and accessible
I loved looking out the window and seeing the Orem temple and the lake day and night.
The grout was dirty in the bathroom and the doorways beat up probably because it was handicap entry

La chambre que nous avions était endommagée à certains endroits et sale, le mobilier est ancien, il est évident que l’établissement devrait rapidement faire des travaux de rénovation pour éviter tout désagrément aux prochains clients.
Great location
A little dark in the hallway
The room had a ant infection.
Thought breakfast was great they put us up on their board as their guests of the day that was terrific
The access to driveway as I was not familiar with the area
The Coolin setting on the unit was blowing warm air. A thermostat on the wall was not communicating with unit. Room was uncomfortably hot. The elevator was making some very strange noises too.
Friendly staff and the temperature in the room is easily controlled.
The sink wouldn't drain but they did fix it. But they left tools and water on the floor. Their breakfast was okay. I have stayed at this location at least 10 times in two years. Every time I ask for catsup. They never have it and the staff told me that everyone asks for it but management has decided not to provide it. The scrambled eggs need catsup badly.
