Courtyard by Marriott Jackson Ridgeland

No breakfast on site. No water pressure in sink. Empty soap dispenser in shower, found hair in shower. Shower doors installed backwards. Coffee maker in room, but no coffee to make. No ice on 2nd floor. Appeared the staff had their personal vehicle parked at the front door/ check-in lane all night. Staff seemed indifferent to our concerns at check out.

The staff did not refresh the room before we arrived. We had no towels and the room had not been swept

No bar or restaurant

Dirty. Staff was always on personal calls. Pool was “out of order”. Breakfast was advertised but not served

I was really disappointed with our stay. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because the website advertised breakfast. When you’re traveling with kids, having breakfast available at the hotel makes mornings so much easier. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast as advertised, which was a huge inconvenience.

The coffee maker in our room didn’t work, and there was rarely any coffee available in the lobby. Guests constantly had to ask the staff to refill it, which shouldn’t be necessary.
On top of that, most of the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming. The only bright spot was one employee who was incredibly kind, helpful, and went out of her way to assist us. She deserves recognition because she was the only reason our experience wasn’t completely negative.

Unfortunately, between the misleading breakfast advertisement, the lack of basic amenities, and the poor customer service, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The exceptional breakfast had been discontinued, the now have coffee (nice sized cups) and lemon water available. That was very disappointing. They have a lovely dining area. Poor water pressure at the sink in 208

The staff wasn’t informative and it also didn’t offer the bar or restaurant and if I didn’t ask where it was or any amenities for that matter I wouldn’t have been informed of anything after asking myself about the bar and restaurant I wouldn’t have been told that it was under construction and that was the main reason I chose this particular hotel so we should’ve been informed so that we could have chosen a different hotel and also there was hair in the shower and the television one movie channel didn’t show any movies on that channel it just said that the volume and the television constantly turned off on it’s own we weren’t offered additional towels for staying over just at checkout we were asked if we we’re checking out garbage was in the hallway and the trash wasn’t dumped upon our entryway for two days and for this two be the Courtyard Marriott I’m appalled with this hotel I won’t stay at this location again it needs some more professional staff and hospitality services and not to false advertise the amenities and it wasn’t cleaned to the correct standard I had to clean my own shower upon arrival and also the room was dusty and service was bad in closing I would like a call back from a higher person to give my reviews and complaints too!

We had 3 rooms with family. Some bugs, no soap at bathroom sinks, had issues with lock on bathroom door.

Compared motel 6 - about the same. Not worth the cost. No toilet paper, no glasses, just cheap plastic containers.

Breakfast nor cafe were open for availability, which was advertized on the website.Both were down for renovations and were not told to us until the next morning.

The bathroom shower the water stayed cold it never heated up I complained to the front desk and they did not accommodate in no way I also asked if they could remove the garbage out of the room and when I returned the garbage was still in the room there were roaches crawling in the room I took a photo and gave it to the front desk clerk!

The pictures online made the hotel look better than it was. There is no breakfast. In one picture of the property there is a bar with menu items for food. That was not the case when we arrived. That is no longer there. The floors were slick in the room like they weren’t clean. Everything in the room was moist and the hallways were hot. Also the parking lot smelled like weed but the hotel staff probably can’t do much about that.

Water didn’t get very hot at all

I'm spoiled and would prefer a King sized bed to the queen or full sized bed we got in our suite. I would have liked to have more of a kitchen and some sort of table either for computer work or to eat at. The lighting was bright and I prefer a combination of soft and bright lights.

There was no phone in the room. Ants crawling in the face bowl. Shower had no grips in the tub. Very dangerous!

Ice machine didn't work,rooms were filthy,breakfast very poor quality for the $42 I was charged. TV didn't work in my room and was told there was nothing they could do. I

Dirty, staff was not helpful. No breakfast. Bathroom door was all torn up on the bottom. Whoever did the caulking was an amateur at best.
