Pros:

Hôtel, super bien propre le seul truc, c’est que nous sommes arrivés par derrière, on se sentait pas rassuré car c’était dans des hangars. Mais quand on a vu le devant avec tous les restos tout ça à côté c’était beaucoup mieux, je Recommande

Check in staff and cleaning staff seemed disorganized, and the room didn’t meet expectations
Pros:

Good location close to the highway and amenities.

Cons:

The check in clerk was disorganized. I had already prepaid for my stay, but while charging me for the deposit they also tried to charge me again for the stay. Also, one of the water bottles in the room was opened with the seal broken. We were also woken up by cleaning staff telling us they needed the room 40 minutes before check out time. They did honour our early check in request, but the presentation of the room did look rushed with crinkled sheets, etc.

Prima verblijf voor een paar nachten
Pros:

De kamers waren ruim en de bedden waren prima. De incheck verliep snel, maar de uitleg over bv de borg was matig. Hoewel een kleine 3 kwartier verwijderd van de Niagara watervallen een prima locatie voor een bezoek aan die watervallen.

Cons:

De deur klemde waardoor ik die hard moest dichttrekken. Niet zo fijn voor mijn buren.

It looked fine and good location

Cons:

We arrived after a concert with a confirmed, paid booking from Booking. com. We were refused entry, said there was no record because we arrived after midnight. Two young women, and the desk staff was rude and refused to even help or anything, telling us we would just have to get our money back from booking.com. I will NEVER stay here and neither will anyone who was with us.

Will never ever stay here again nor will I recommend this place

It was clean

Cons:

For the price we had the cheapest pillows ever made so we didn’t sleep which took us 8 hours instead of 5.5 not impressed
