Cons:

For our second visit we were located on second. They should put or they should have darker, movable curtains to prevent outside light from entering. Other than that the stay was great

Thank you to all for making my time in Hamilton stress free.
Pros:

Did not have breakfast I the hotel during my week's stay. I made a request for a lake facing room, and was given one. Appreciated the friendly and professional engagement with all staff (desk, people who cleaned rooms & the common area. I had a special need and it was taken care of within a half hour. Excellent service.

Cons:

Nothing. Everyone was professional. The room was very clean and comfortable throughout my entire stay (1 week)l. I never felt the need to ask for anything.

Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice shower.

Cons:

On check out, there was no coffee, at all!! The a/c system was very strong and we could not control the fan speed. Placed the chair in front of the outlet which worked out.
