Trusted travel destination!
Pros:

Amazingly clean and welcome hospitality after a long trip abroad. We were greeted by name on the screen when arrived in our room. When we checked out we had forgotten a precious keepsake. Lost and found had safely stored it when we called a week later. Our grateful thanks to Hampton Inn at Portland Airport in Oregon.

Wonderful customer service shines when there is a problem..
Pros:

I made a huge booking error. I just called and it was all straightened out in a few minutes. The entire stay was easy with Hampton Inn. I need a little easy when vacationing and Hampton Inn provides that!

Overall, a good night's stay
Pros:

Nice breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Great shuttle from and to the airport.

Cons:

Bathroom floor in the room was sticky. Carpet in the general area through the hotel seemed worn (or maybe needs a shampoo).
