Good for a late night arrival
Pros:

Fine for one night, arrived on a late flight and just wanted to get to bed quickly. Average chain hotel, a little dated but clean enough, room was comfortable, staff was friendly. I chose it for the free parking but was told I was only getting complimentary parking because I was a Honors member (website just says free parking, doesn't specify Honors only) and got a lecture about how that was changing very soon - so don't count on parking being free. There are lots of airport hotels nearby, I only chose it because of price, if it was the cheapest in future I'd stay again (but call first about the parking).

Pros:

Clean and very good customer service. The location was ideal for me and my Mother (shuttle drivers were exceptional and went above and beyond in their assistance)!

Cons:

I honestly can't say other than to have a small microwave in each room.

Easy stay
Pros:

Great stay. Quiet corner room. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was easy and had everything expected. Check in/out was a breeze. Parking was effortless. Would recommend if planning to stay near the airport in Portland.

Very convenient to the airport
Pros:

We had a very early flight and wanted something near the airport. This is basically a 5 minute drive at most. It’s a nice hotel. The ladies at the front desk were awesome. They also let us check in early so we could drop our luggage before going off into the city for a while. The room was clean and spacious. It had a mini fridge. Only downside was there was no microwave in the room. They do however have a microwave in the lobby you can use. We had a little bit of trouble with the tv but they were very helpful in trying to fix it and even offered to switch our rooms (we declined but it was a nice offer). It was a really nice hotel close to the airport.

Trusted travel destination!
Pros:

Amazingly clean and welcome hospitality after a long trip abroad. We were greeted by name on the screen when arrived in our room. When we checked out we had forgotten a precious keepsake. Lost and found had safely stored it when we called a week later. Our grateful thanks to Hampton Inn at Portland Airport in Oregon.
