The dirty carpets!!!!! Disgusting!! It ruins everything else if you don't have decent floors. Also a tad dingy and food offerings for sale bad. ARENT YOU A HILTON?? Not what I expect of a hilton
Staff was friendly room was clean and you could almost hear no sound from outside even though the planes are landing right outside
Stated there was a seasonal pool, but when I asked they said we don’t have one. I saw a pool outside (photo), but it was tarped off I wish it had stated it was not going to be accessible during my summer stay. Loud thumps early in the morning turned out to be housekeeping staff, the cabinet doors to the refrigerators make a very loud noise when closed and it’s all we could hear over and over again. Housekeeping knocked on our door early to see if we had checked out so if you like to sleep in that was unpleasant.
The closeness to the airport, the shuttle drivers were great. Very accommodating. I forgot my cane in my room, the driver was very nice about and waited for me to retrieve it.
The pool was closed.
We chose this hotel based on the Hampton Inn experience. When you book a Hampton, you know what you're getting. We stayed one night before flying out of PDX. We had a large room with a king bed, which was very comfortable. The hotel and room were very clean. Our flight was leaving at 6:15 am. We have pre-check, so a 4:30 am shuttle should get us there in plenty of time. Breakfast starts at 5 am, so we weren't able to take advantage of that. They did provide to-go bags with an untoasted bagel, apple, and a bottle of water. We went to the lobby at 4:30 am and requested a ride to the airport. We were told at check-in that the shuttle ran 24 hours and it was on demand.
There was one woman and a few men who were there about 10 minutes before we were. So, if it's on demand as they claim, it would have been called already. We stood outside the hotel until approximately 5 am. Several of the people waiting for the shuttle went in to inquire, as they were getting nervous about missing their flights, as was I. They were told it was on its way. At exactly 5 a.m., the shuttle pulled around from the side of the building. Apparently, that's when the shuttle drivers' shift started. We got to the airport with a massive line to check in. Thankfully, we used curbside check-in and had pre-check; otherwise, we would have missed our flight. What upsets me is that we had a rental car and decided to drop it off the night before to save time at the airport with such an early flight. That decision caused us a lot of stress. If you need a shuttle to the airport, book another hotel. The stress isn't worth the comfort of a Hampton Inn.
The Mr. and I recently spent one night here before an early morning flight out of PDX. We were able to use the shuttle service after check-in, which picked us up at the rental car center, and again the following morning for a ride to the airport.
The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was great. The rooms have gotten a little worn.
Clean room. Wil at the front desk was super helpful and great at check in. Breakfast is worth the stay!
Perfect location, easy to airport.
Nothing
Staff was friendly and helpful. The original room smelled like wet animals and was awful. Thankfully they quickly switched us which we appreciated however I believe staff should check the rooms better ahead of guests. Hotel seemed to lack a bit of cleanliness in hallways, etc. Good spot close to airport. Definitely can hear the planes.
We stayed close to airport. Easy shuttle to take rail to the city and to catch shuttle for flight home. Breakfast had a variety of choices. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Very close to the airport
