Ok depending on the room you get
Pros:

Second room I was given was nice, queit in comfortable overall. The staff is very good.

Cons:

First room was loud. Noise from the street and tons of noise from other rooms, constant coming and going until late at night. It was a Friday but seemed unusually noisy. Then while laying in bed a cockroach comes crawling across the carpet. Before i could kill it it went under the sofa couch. I moved the couch a ton but was not able to find it and wasn't going to spend all night hunting for it. So I slept hoping on wouldnt wake up with it on me in the night. Luckily I didn't.

Overall it was good.
Pros:

The staff was amazing and very helpful in everyway. The ladies at the front desk got us extra pillows and a fan to help block out the noise coming from the street.

Cons:

I wish this facility had fans in the bathrooms and the study area was not really a study area in our opinion. We thought it should have been separate from our sleeping area.

Pros:

The location was nice and convenient.

Cons:

Housekeeping never came to the room, I never got new towels or the bed made. I asked for an extra pillow and they stated “did you not already get 4”.
The elevators were scary slowly and continually getting stuck. The AC didn’t work. It said 68 but was terribly hot and stuffy. Felt like 75.

Pros:

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We had some problem with heater in the room. As soon as we told front desk about our problem, they sent somebody right away and eventually exchanged our room.

Not even a microwave in the room. You should not charge pet fee for service animals, ended paying $330 for two nights in a room without a microwave

Wonderful clean accommodations
Pros:

It was 100% family and kid friendly. It was super clean and the breakfast was really good! They had staff cleaning the entire time making sure tables stayed clean and tidy. Very impressed! Every staff I encountered was super friendly and accommodating. Loved the coffee area and it was always super clean. I also loved that when I had a question about my second night accommodation (we were with our school the first night and we had booked a second night privately so I didn’t have to drive home three hours in the dark) they were so gracious to make it where I didn’t have to switch rooms. Thank you!!

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was of the two elevators present one was down and the only one working seemed a little wonky. Also, the mattresses weren’t super comfy but the room was super clean which made up for it.
