- The authentic Japanese garden within the hotel building area is outstandingly beautiful. A short walk in the green feels like the real experience in the pure nature
- The main restaurant serving the breakfast looks like a archeological museum with stunning exhibits from Japanese ancient time
- The breakfast buffet was extraordinary with typical Japanese cuisine and specialties
Improvement potentials
- The gym is pretty much outdated and offers only some cardio exercises opportunities with very old equipments
The rooms here are a decent size, room service excellent and the neds extremely comfortable. A well stocked bathroom. Bottled water is left in your room every day.
Great selection for breakfast and the service was rapid.
Great Hotel with nice Rooms. Breakfast is ok, but not special more Common. Calm area, not so busy, but no Restaurant in walking distance. To Roppongi Restaurant and Bar District 10 minutes by Taxi for approx. 1200 Yen. That‘s one of the best Place to Go out for dinner.
Stayed here on a business trip for one night. Very clean, comfortable room. Only down side was a smell of bleach in the room (evidence the place was super-clean). Nice robe and very comfortable slippers. All around a comfortable, convenient place to stay with good value.
Very clean and nice design room. Beautiful view.
Breakfast area was very crowded
Todo el hotel y sobre todo el personal y su disposición
This is a very well-located hotel that makes getting around Tokyo easy. The shuttle to Meguro Station every 15 minutes is a big plus, and being just a 10-12 minute direct train ride from Shibuya, Shinagawa, Tokyo Central means you’re close to the action without being in the middle of the chaos. Haneda airport is 30 min by taxi and there is a bus service for a fee to Narita.
The lounge stands out as a nice touch, especially with a dedicated vegetarian menu, simple, but thoughtful.
There are few things o note: There is a nice garden around the hotel, kids aren’t allowed in the lounge after 5pm, and the swimming pool comes with a $15 fee.
On the positive side, the staff really elevate the experience. They’re consistently friendly and attentive, from the front desk to housekeeping, which makes the stay feel welcoming and smooth. Thank you to Omi-san for making the stay special.
Overall: A convenient, comfortable stay with great service and a few minor trade-offs.
Chambre très spacieuse, bien insonorisée et dotée d'une excellente literie.

Location is good and quiet and easy to access to sub-way.
Breakfast locations crowed and split and choices are limited.
Let me start off by saying , I will not stay any where else!
The best service from arrival , to all the housekeeping staff. But no one has ever made us feel truly at home the Masaru Ishihara at the front office.
From beginning to end everything is handled seamlessly with him! Anything you may ever need help has all your needs met.
We return over and over again because the service he provides.

The hotel lobby is clean and bright, the rooms are spacious, and the staff provide good service.
I was disturbed by noise at night in my first room, so I changed rooms at 11 PM. The room is too hot, and the temperature cannot be turned down.
We were very happy with our stay. Room was spacious. Executive lounge was large and had good schedule. Free shuttle to Meguro station with drop off on request at nearby metro station as well. Points needed were 102000 for three nights, which was reasonable since if paying I would spend about $1100.
