The hotel lobby is clean and bright, the rooms are spacious, and the staff provide good service.

We were very happy with our stay. Room was spacious. Executive lounge was large and had good schedule. Free shuttle to Meguro station with drop off on request at nearby metro station as well. Points needed were 102000 for three nights, which was reasonable since if paying I would spend about $1100.

The property was clean and comfortable . Also enjoyed the lounge with breakfast and snacks.

This hotel was by far my favorite place we stayed. The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was phenomenal. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The service throughout our stay was absolutely exceptional. Every staff member was attentive, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile, but we would especially like to commend the senior staff members who have been with the hotel for many years. Their experience, calm presence, and sincere hospitality made us feel incredibly well taken care of. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and handled every detail with grace and dedication.

The hotel itself is elegant, peaceful, and impeccably maintained. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between classic luxury and comfort, making it an ideal place for families to relax and feel at home. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared, ensuring a restful and pleasant stay.

We were also very impressed with the food and dining experience, as well as the Club Lounge, which was excellent in every aspect. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and of outstanding quality. We would like to extend our special thanks to Miss Kung Euna, who took wonderful care of us at the Club Lounge. Her warm personality, attentiveness, and professionalism truly stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable.

AT เป็นขนมเล็กๆน้อยๆ ส่วน EC แบบจัดเต็ม รู้สึกอิ่ม และอร่อย เป็นแนวอาหารจีน ที่ทำได้ดี จนรู้สึกว่าอร่อย ส่วนเครื่องดื่มก็จัดเต็ม แต่คนเยอะมาก ไปตอน 5 โมงเย็น ลงชื่อไว้ก่อน แล้วเขาจะโทรเรียก เพราะคนแน่น สามารถใช้คลับ ได้ 45 นาที รายละเอียดตามกระดาษ ข้อมูลข้างล่าง

แม้ราคาค่อนข้างแรง แต่ก็รู้สึกคุ้มค่า กับประสบการณ์ ที่ได้รับ โดยเฉพาะด้านอาหาร เป็น รร ที่ทำอาหารได้ดี จนรู้สึกว่าอร่อย ปกติอาหาร รร ก็จะตามมาตรฐาน ไม่ค่อยรู้สึกอร่อยอะไร

We have a disabled son who requires a wheelchair and walking frame to get around the hotel provided a room that was perfect for him bar the shower seat. The breakfast was good.

The stay was totally unplanned when my flight home got cancelled and I had to scramble to find a hotel as mine was fully booked. I remember having stayed at this property years ago but it is not in a neighborhood close to where I like to eat or hang out. Still they had a room available and I booked, with somewhat low expectations. Room was much smaller than where I had been staying and AC was switched to heat only for the season(a personal pet peeve of mine). BUT, I looked out my window at the most beautiful canopy of trees, many maples just changing color. And all the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful (this was not my experience at the competing property where I had been staying). I cannot say enough about the staff to be honest as it was a breath of fresh air after my previous 3 days elsewhere. One organized a fan for my room and others gave me helpful tips or pleasant greetings. I really felt like my business mattered to them. Personally I feel like good customer service is decreasing in the world regardless of location so it was really nice to be treated so well. I walked through their garden and could not believe that I was in the middle of Tokyo! Would stay here again for sure.
