ห้องนอนเป็นพรม มีกลิ่นอับ เล็กน้อย มีเครื่องฟอกอากาศ อยู่ๆไปก็ชิน ไม่รู้สึกถึงกลิ่นอับ เตียง และผ้าปูมีคุณภาพดี นอนสบาย บรรยากาศผ่อนคลาย เงียบสงบ มีเครื่อง nespresso ให้ครับ

AT เป็นขนมเล็กๆน้อยๆ ส่วน EC แบบจัดเต็ม รู้สึกอิ่ม และอร่อย เป็นแนวอาหารจีน ที่ทำได้ดี จนรู้สึกว่าอร่อย ส่วนเครื่องดื่มก็จัดเต็ม แต่คนเยอะมาก ไปตอน 5 โมงเย็น ลงชื่อไว้ก่อน แล้วเขาจะโทรเรียก เพราะคนแน่น สามารถใช้คลับ ได้ 45 นาที รายละเอียดตามกระดาษ ข้อมูลข้างล่าง

อาหารเช้า ที่คลับ ถ้าจะทานที่ห้องอาหารหลัก ก็เลือกได้จาก welcome gift อาหารไม่หลากหลายมาก แต่มีคุณภาพดี มีห้องอาหารให้เลือก 3 ที่ ที่คลับ ที่ห้องอาหารจีน และที่ห้องอาหารติด lobby เป็นแบบ a la cart เมนู

Disappointed with the overall rules that made me feel like we were not wanted at the hotel.
Pros:

We have a disabled son who requires a wheelchair and walking frame to get around the hotel provided a room that was perfect for him bar the shower seat. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The hotel advertised a pool. It has a pool but they wanted to charge us for the use of this which I don't think i have ever had in any hotel i have ever stayed in. I had to argue with the staff at the desk and ended up walking away as they took so long to do anything about this. Hugely disappointed.

The only real area to sit and relax in the reception area is a lovely lounge area. Having 45 minutes to myself away from the kids to collect a delivery I sat in the lounge. Only to be told that if i wanted to sit there I must buy a drink even though we were guests at the hotel and staying for 7 nights. Again when you want some peace and quite to be told i must purchase a drink was again having to fight with daft rules put on by management. By the way there were 50% of the tables not occupied.

The hotel advertised as disabled accessible. Rooms and restaurant great. Swimming pool inaccessible totally and the shuttle bus would be inaccessible to a wheelchair user if by themselves.

A breath of fresh air in the middle of Tokyo
Pros:

The stay was totally unplanned when my flight home got cancelled and I had to scramble to find a hotel as mine was fully booked. I remember having stayed at this property years ago but it is not in a neighborhood close to where I like to eat or hang out. Still they had a room available and I booked, with somewhat low expectations. Room was much smaller than where I had been staying and AC was switched to heat only for the season(a personal pet peeve of mine). BUT, I looked out my window at the most beautiful canopy of trees, many maples just changing color. And all the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful (this was not my experience at the competing property where I had been staying). I cannot say enough about the staff to be honest as it was a breath of fresh air after my previous 3 days elsewhere. One organized a fan for my room and others gave me helpful tips or pleasant greetings. I really felt like my business mattered to them. Personally I feel like good customer service is decreasing in the world regardless of location so it was really nice to be treated so well. I walked through their garden and could not believe that I was in the middle of Tokyo! Would stay here again for sure.

Cons:

La regadera tenía un pequeño desperfecto, nada fuera de lo ordinario, la manguera de la regadera no se podía mantener en una sola posición, el dispersor la manguera giraba y no se podía mantener de frente.
