Un hôtel qui pourrait être agréable où le client n'est pas le roi

A proximité de l'Ill bien situé et assez élégant.

Cons:

Certes on était en canicule mais une chaleur insupportable dans la chambre. Juste un petit ventilateur. Le personnel peu souriant qui n'informe pas le client de ces soucis. Qui fait la gueule quand on lui demande une facture. Pour le petit déj, le personnel popote entre eux la porte ouverte sur la rue... Le client n'est qu'accessoire.

Impossible de rester dans cette chambre .
Pros:

Après avoir appris qu il n y avait pas notre place de parking et galère pour en trouver un autre public , Nous avons dû quitter la chambre pour retrouver un autre hôtel .il faisait 35 degré dans la chambre .

Cons:

Pas de climatisation .la chambre n était même pas aérée .Pas de remboursement !

Uitstekend hotel, maar niet tijdens een hittegolf
Pros:

Hotel ligt zeer centraal om de binnenstad te bezoeken. Vriendelijk personeel en lekker uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

Enige nadeel, wij waren hier tijdens de hittegolf van eind juni. Geen airco in het hotel aanwezig. Dit zorgde voor een slapeloze nacht, ondanks dat we van de receptie een mobiele blazer ter beschikking kregen.

Das Hôtel im Sommer vermeiden.

Gute Lage. Schönes, kleines Hôtel.
Das Personal war trotz der extremen Bedingungen jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dafür möchte ich mich ausdrücklich bedanken. Leider herrschten sowohl draußen als auch im Hotel Temperaturen von etwa 38 °C, ohne Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war für mich leider praktisch ungenießbar. Bei Außentemperaturen von etwa 38 °C wurden leicht verderbliche Lebensmittel wie Wurst, Käse und Milchprodukte nicht ausreichend gekühlt. Zudem befanden sich zahlreiche grüne Schmeißfliegen am Buffet. Unter diesen hygienischen Bedingungen habe ich aus Sorge vor einer Lebensmittelvergiftung auf das Frühstück verzichtet. Hier besteht aus meiner Sicht dringend Verbesserungsbedarf.

Εξαιρετική η τοποθεσία, πολύ καλό το πρωινό.

Cons:

Τα δωμάτια, δεν έχουν air condition, παρα μόνο έναν ανεμιστήρα δαπέδου που δεν καλύπτει τη ζέστη.... Επίσης δεν έχουν ψυγείο!

Sejour qui aurait pu être magnifique mais gâché par l’absence de climatisation

Emplacement exceptionnel près des lignes de tramway et au cœur d’un beau quartier.
Personnel agréable et qui fait de son mieux pour satisfaire nos demandes.
Super petit déjeuner!

Cons:

L’absence de climatisation : évitez cet hôtel en cas de canicule. Par 40 degrés, nous avons souffert malgré les ventilateurs.

Hôtel propre, très bien situé, bon petit dej’. Seul point négatif, pas de clim , lié à la qualité du bâtiment. En pleine canicule cela a été extrêmement difficile .
