Location, location!
Pros:

Perfect location near both station and altstadt, great breakfast - loved the fresh orange juice! Very helpful staff

Gute Lage + Service. Für nicht lärmempfindliche Menschen zum Sightseeing geeignet.

Gute Lage und ausreichendes Frühstück. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Zimmer lag auf der Hotelseite zur Uferpromenade. Es war bis in die frühen Morgenstunden (ca. 4.30 Uhr) direkt vor dem Hotel, trotz geschlossener Fenster sehr laut und somit sehr warm im Zimmer.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut zu Fuß vom bhf aus zu erreichen und auch ins Zentrum ist es nicht weit.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war auch absolut in Ordnung und vor allem der frischgepresste Orangensaft und der Kaffee waren sehr gut.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber

Cons:

Wir waren 4 Personen und hatten zwei Zimmer (4te und 5te Etage) und in beiden war es sehr warm (Außentemperaturen um die 30°C). Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlagen, Ventilatoren stehen bereit.

Nachts relativ laut. Mit oropax abschirmbar

Leider war in beiden Zimmern die Badsituation nicht optimal

Zimmer 1: Badtür (Schiebetür) ließ beim Zuschieben einen Spalt zum Zimmer, sodass weder Sicht- noch Geräuschschutz bestand.

Zimmer 2 (zweigeteilt): Dusche mitten im Zimmer ohne Milchglas, Waschbecken leider außerhalb der Toilette auch im zweiten Raum.

Wenn man damit keine Probleme hat, gibt es gegen diese Zimmer nichts auszusetzen

Not for summer
Pros:

The hotel's location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. Our room was quite spacious and faced the inner courtyard, which made it relatively quiet despite the central location. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The biggest downside was the lack of air conditioning. While it may not have been listed in the room description, nowadays it is something many guests naturally expect from a hotel, especially if the weather can get that hot during summer months. Unfortunately, the old fan provided in the room was not very effective during the heatwave. As a result, the room remained hot and stuffy at all times. The room was also missing a proper wardrobe, which made storing clothes less convenient.
The breakfasts were repetitive and offered only a limited selection. Guests who enjoy sweet, traditional French-style breakfasts may be satisfied, but we missed having any vegetables available and started to feel the lack of variety after the first day.

ロケーションが良い。スタッフは親切。

Cons:

5月下旬に宿泊したが、日中は気温が30℃近くあった。部屋にエアコンが無いので、部屋の中にいることが難しい状況であった。寝るのも苦労した。5-9月の間に宿泊を計画する人は要注意。
朝食のバリエーションが乏しく、しかも毎日同じなので、連泊はキツイ。

Practical comfortable hotel in good location
Pros:

Large, comfortable, very quiet room in central Stuttgart. Several on site parking options and easy to walk to all the major sites.

Cons:

Unfortunately our bathroom had an awful smell from blocked drains. It got better after using the sinks and shower but should have been fixed before the room was used.
