The Staff was incredibly helpful and professional, and then location was so convenient.
Great place.
Yes to all of it
We thought the Lamplighter Inn was an excellent, economical choice for our stay in Missoula. We travel through Missoula often on our way to Sandpoint, Idaho for a grandkid fix, and the Lampligher has earned our patronage. We found the Inn to be clean, well equipped with many amenities (plenty of outlets & USB for our cPAPS & electronic needs), pleasant staff, good breakfast, and comfortable beds. Our biggest kudo was the $10 charge for our traveling companion! We have an 8lb., clean, well-groomed, house broken, hypoallergenic, Schipoo. Our companion has less impact on the cleaning of a room than we do! It's always irked me that motels say they are "pet friendly", and than charge me $25-50, or more, for the "friendliness"! It's the same cost to us as it is for Great Dane owner! Real fair! So, thanks Lamplighter for keeping your pet friendliness at least reasonable to a couple of fixed income seniors.
Really cozy and loved that they took pets. We were so nervous traveling with our cat and it turned out awesome!
The Fairmont was clean and quiet.
Nice, clean room
It was an okay stay. Great for a quick one-night stop. The lobby is small, and the dining area for breakfast is cramped and difficult to navigate when there are more than 10-15 people at the same time trying to get food. But the breakfast selection was excellent, and the food was good.
The rooms are average. Updated, but the hotel itself still feels a little dated. Small hallways, and the elevator is small and creaky.
Overall, I’d stay here again just passing by. It was clean, and the beds were adequate.
The hotel room needs curtains you can close because of the light. It has sheer curtains and lights were shining through all night. Staff at the desk were nice. Amenities nice.
Love the staff beds were awesome pool nice
Clean, comfortable, and good breakfast. Very nice young front desk’s that person during check-in.
Helpful staff.
Key card had trouble or didn't open the room door - moved to a new room.
What a pleasant stop! Friendly staff, inclusive restroom signage, comfortable and clean and very impressive healthy breakfast choices in the included continental spread. We would definitely stay here again. Newly remodeled with great showers! Very impressed!
Very helpful staff. Clean quiet rooms.
Kinda cheesy hand towels
They were doing renovations, which meant that there was very limited parking, a lot of dust, and we had to go to the adjacent hotel for breakfast. Our room and the pool/hot tub were fine.
You should just close during construction.
Your nuts, - no parking - noise - dusty - no breakfast area.
I'm sure its also taking you longer to try and do both rooms and construction.
Get with it Bill
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was under construction, so the dining area was closed and half the parking was taken up by construction materials, so I had to park in another hotel’s parking lot. No one disclosed the construction during booking. It was noisy inside (walls are thin) and outside the hotel (right next to the freeway). I had to ask a young woman to not talk on her phone outside my room in the hall at 11pm because it sounded like she was in my room.
Close access to the airport and shuttle to airport.
Toilet didn’t flush properly. Bed/pillows were uncomfortable. Normally I love the beds/pillows. Remodeling was a little bit of a pain to navigate.
