Cons:

There was an odor in my room that smelled like a dead body. The host retrieved an air purifier from my room as we checked in but the room smelled awful.

Very nice even if only for one night

Close to our visit location

Cons:

They wanted to charge an extra $30 for use to check in 1.5 hours early. This would have added more than 30% to the room rate. We left and came back later

Pros:

Safe parking in great neighborhood. Very friendly professional staff. Smaller hotel. Quiet.Great breakfast.If we travel to Atlanta again, we will choose this hotel even if the traffic going in to the city is often very busy in the evening.

Perfect location for Alpharetta concerts!
Pros:

Perfect location for a concert at the Ameris Amphitheater, and Alpharetta is a great area.

Nice place, but not all rooms are equal.
Pros:

Location for Alpharetta / Johns Creek. Helpful staff.

Cons:

On the first day we came, we got a twin room instead of kin because they overbooked. The staff said it was an "upgrade" (clearly not). The room was old, dirty, and the air condition noisy. Later they sawpped to a better room, but did not conpensate us for the poor experience.

Pros:

Elevator is loud and walls are thin. Hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator and being able to hear the people in the room next to you. Staff was nice and hotel was clean but I will not stay there again

Not a pleasant experience with Family.
Pros:

Bathroom is not clean. No towels provided for all 4 of us. Until we went and got it from the reception. I wouldn’t stay here again ever.
