Great value for short stay.
Pros:

We stayed one night here for a concert and it was a great value for that. 4 min drive/Uber to Ameris Amphitheatre, and a free breakfast with waffles. The bed was nice and the room itself was pretty clean and modern. The lobby was very nice. We didn't get a chance to get in the pool but it looked okay.

Cons:

The check in and check out process took a lot longer than normal. I used booking so maybe that was the issue but they said the card I booked with was showing declined but that couldn't have been true (the card number they told me wasn't even mine) so I really have no idea what was going on, perhaps just issues with their system.
Also, small thing but the shower was half open, no door so water just splashed out everywhere which seems pretty unsafe...
The couch in the room looked a little dirty, I didn't sit on it...

The perfect hotel for Ameris concerts!
Pros:

The perfect location for going to an Ameris Amphitheater concert. Everything is clean and up to date, and the staff does a very good job.

Cons:

I wish there were more healthy choices in the breakfast and the snacks available.

Wish they offered better amenities than outdoor pool and cookies. Continental breakfast is fine but the choices weren't great. Wish food was available during the evening.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, other than the sausage not being pork as it should be.

Cons:

Made it in around 4pm with check in being 3 you would think my room would of been ready but nope booked a king room was told I could have a room with double beds, had to wait an additional 30 mins for the room I booked to be ready. I was on a tight schedule and ever min counts and that threw off my whole evening, do better!!!!
