A great stay
Pros:

Senior Husband, Wife and adult daughter spent 5 days in the two bedroom suite with kitchenette (microwave + small fridge + small sink) which was clean and well equipped. Thick towels, tissues, full-length mirror and ample toiletries (lotion,shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, liquid hand soap) were provided. The bathroom is small but functional with a separate toilet/shower and vanity area. We had plenty of hot water and the air conditioner/heater was quiet. Plenty of storage throughout.

The sitting area has a TV, desk and two chairs. The kitchenette has seating for 2, includes good storage, and a Keurig with pods and tea bags. Each bedroom has its own TV and privacy door, plus alarm clocks with phone charging ports. Hotel Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Downside: all three mattresses in the suite were very lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. My adult daughter preferred to sleep on the floor than on the lumpy mattresses in the bunk bed room.

Breakfast was ample and service excellent. Ms Roberta and her friendly and attentive team kept everything fresh, well stocked, and tables cleared quickly within a relaxed atmosphere. Offerings included hard boiled eggs, various muffins, English muffins, bread, yogurt, cereal, granola, fruit, and very good regular / decaf coffee. Oatmeal was the only hot item available.

The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing after a day at the canyon. Note: nearby restaurants, stores and shops are ridiculously expensive so plan accordingly.

Overall a great stay! Close to Canyon entrance but hope they get new mattresses in Room 346

Tłok w jadalni. Śniadanie na słodko (na szczęście były gotowane jajka).

The bathroom/restroom was small and in poor condition. Parking was difficult because the lot was full. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no Wi‑Fi at the property due to technical issues, and naturally, we received no compensation for this. The breakfast was very limited: there were no eggs, no meat, and no pancakes. Never choose it again.

Es ist ok für eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit am Grand Canyon, mehr aber auch nicht.
Pros:

Von außen sieht es sehr schön aus, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich am Empfang gewesen und die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind wirklich extrem alt eingerichtet. Die Dusche hat getropft und war relativ eklig. Es war allgemein sehr dunkel. Die Lampen geben kein schönes Licht ab und alles zusammen war es extrem teuer.

The worst in my 22 day vacation.
Cons:

1) suite with only one wall unit a/c noisy. The rest of the suite only one fan very hot
2) they never came to service the room or exchange the towels. I had to call them after a long day outdoors. They ask me if I wanted the room serviced when I checked in and of course I said yes! When I called at 9pm they told me they were short of staff
3) the suites are in a separate building with no security or hotel staff checking who is in the building or parking area
4) I forgot a pair of medicated snickers. Impossible to call their main number it gets disconnected after the last number is dialed. I tried to chat no reply. I sent a text via booking.com and no follow up
