Excelente hotel en Bailbao
Pros:

Moderna, gran ubicación (cerca del Casco Viejo y el barrio moderno, muy buenas instalaciones, excelente desayuno y personal atento y simpático.

Cons:

Nada, tal vez el baño con paredes vidrio (tipo pecera) hace perder cierta intimidad.

Todo excelente,el personal de recepción como Asier ,esteban y 2 chicas que no recuerdo el nombre super bien.nos encantó todo

Cons:

Por poner una pega,que no tengan en el buffet tazas pequeñas para los cafés solos expreso,xq en las tazas grandes no son las adecuadas .además llevamos a nuestra perrita y nos pusieron un comedero y un bebedero con una chuche de bienvenida.100% recomendable.

Hotel hat eine zentrale Lage, Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und ruhig! Sehr nettes Personal! Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Fenster konnte nicht gekippt werden.
Klimaanlage war aber ok.

Good hotel in a great location!
Pros:

The hotel in the heart of the old town. Needless to say, the location is perfect! You can walk everywhere. The breakfast was good, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The room was comfortable. The gym isn't really a gym. The heaviest weight is 10 kg. But it's better than nothing.

Cons:

The only thing the hotel should change is refresh the gym. One exercise bike, a mat, and 10kg weights are simply not enough these days.
