Gostei de tudo. O hotel é bastante confortável, o staff é simpático e disponível. Os quartos são agradáveis. O bar do hotel é muito bom e consegue ser um local bastante acolhedor. O pequeno almoço apresenta muita qualidade (ótimo café)

Cons:

Talvez o ruído que se ouvia. Nada muito extremo, mas o facto do hotel estar localizado numa das vias mais movimentadas de Bilbao é sempre expectável algum ruído

La ubicación es perfecta. Las instalaciones buenas y el hotel es muy bonito.

Cons:

Quizá que el baño sea de cristal es un poco incómodo porque si enciendes la luz ilumina también la habitación. Y la puerta del baño era muy muy pesada.
