Lage und Blick auf Brücke

Cons:

Viel viel zu kleines Zimmer, konnte keinen Stuhl drehen geschweige den etwas Morgengymnastik.
Luft wurde dick und stickig, mit offenem Fenster zu laut.

Trodde nog att det skulle vara lite mer finess. Takbaren var inte öppen. Däremot en mindre terrass var öppen på kvällen. Inga stora fel men saknade lite guldkant

Perfecto para conocer Bilbao, aunque el desayuno no está a la altura.
Pros:

El hotel está en la ubicación perfecta para visitar Bilbao y sin duda alguna volveríamos si se diera otro viaje a esta ciudad por este aspecto. El personal de recepción es amable y nos ayudaron dándonos una habitación con vistas, algo que le pedimos. La habitación estaba muy bien, las camas muy cómodas y tenía una buena insonorización. Sin embargo, el desayuno no está a la altura del resto del hotel.

El desayuno no está a la altura del hotel. Tardan en reponer algunos productos, el café no sabía bien ninguno de los dos días y además estaba muy aguado. Fue correcto, sin más, pero esto no deja de ser una cuestión de gustos. Sin embargo, hubo un detalle que sí nos pareció inadecuado: mi pareja dejó un plato que acababa de coger para ir a por otra cosa en una mesa que estaba libre, cuando llegamos un trabajador lo había movido a otra mesa, nos dijo que alguien había pedido esa mesa (no había ningún tipo de señalización), así que nos desplazó a otro sitio y finalmente otra familia se sentó allí. Le preguntamos por otra mesa y nos dijo que tampoco podía ser. Aunque nos lo explicó y pidió disculpas fue un detalle bastante desagradable que podría haberse solucionado si se hubiera puesto algún tipo de cartel de "reservado" o similar y que empañó el desayuno y la buena sensación que nos dio el hotel. Este aspecto podría cuidarse algo más porque el hotel es fantástico.

Overall we had enjoyed our stay pretty much. It’s a great city for a long weekend holiday.
Pros:

The location was superb but it comes with its downside. It was right in the middle of the town which makes it very convenient but night time was very noisy to sleep. We had to open the window to let fresh air in, as weather was amazing but the noise kept us awake all night.

Cons:

Very busy at night and very small room.
